Video Games And Girls {Achievement Hunter FF}

School. It was back. And man did it hurt like a motherfucker.

The day started like usual. I got up early to walk to school with Michael. After a long walk, we made it to the school. we both entered and met up with our partners, Michael with Lindsay and me with Gavin.

The first class was always the hardest. I hadn't seen or talked to Ray in week, and it was weird. I was used to telling him about my days, or day, and then making corny jokes with each other. But it just wasn't the same.

I got into the class and saw Ray sitting in his sit, which of course was next to mine.

"Hey Ray..." I said while sitting down.

"Hey there." He said happily.

"Is Tina here?" I asked reluctantly.

"Nah. I think I scared her off. But what can ya do." Ray said laughing.

Dammit.

He better like Barbara.

"So Ray did Michael introduce you to the new girl yet?" I asked.

"Nah. But he said he would introduce me to someone at lunch...." He responded.

"Good. Because she's really cool and awesome. She also has some amazing puns." I laughed.

I slumped in my chair and waited for the boring class to be over. Once it was, Ray and I went to PE. It was the same as last semester where we would just walk behind everyone while they ran.

Once algebra came I was already done with the day. I just wanted to go to lunch and be with Gavin.

I began to daydream until class was over. After it was over I walked to lunch. I met up with Ray outside the cafeteria, and walked inside. The guys were sitting at our normal spot, but it was different. Someone else was sitting with them, Barbara. I quickly walked over to the seat next to Gavin, and Ray took his seat next to me. Gavin noticed me and Ray sit so he turned away from talking to Barbara.

"Oh Barbara, these are my friends (y/n) and Ray." He said.

Friend?

The fuck?

We totally did not spend almost 4 days in England and then admitted our love for each other. Yup that totally didn't happen.

"Yeah I met (y/n) before." Barbara said happily.

"Yup. Actually I'm Gavin's girlfriend." I said, glaring at Gavin.

His face began to redden as we made eye contact.

"He did mention you in class earlier. I knew his description sounded familiar." She said.

"Oh. What classes do you guys have together?" I asked.

"Uhm...Chemistry, Health, English and Geometry." She said slowly.

"Yup we do. Ray would you like to trade places with me?" Gavin said changing the subject.

"Sure." Ray said while getting up.

Gavin took his seat next to me and turned me toward him.

"I'm sorry love. I just got nervous. You know I love you....just please accept my apology." He said with hopeful eyes.

"I accept your apology. But I need to know I can trust you to do the right thing. And honestly I'm trying to set up Barbara with Ray..." I whispered.

"Top. Ill try to help out." Gavin winked.

Lunch ended, and we all walked to our next classes. When I got to geography, I sat down in my assigned seat. There was one guy sitting next to me named Chris, but I had never talked to him. I peeked at his notebook and noticed a doodle of Link from Zelda. I smiled and looked at him.

"I love Zelda." I said looking down at his notebook.

"Yeah me too." He laughed.

"Yeah...so uh do you play a lot of other videos games?" I asked.

"Definitely. Like i play them so much, if it was my profession, Id be swimming in money." He said.

"Yes me too! I actually think if I got all of my friends together, we could make a company dedicated to video games." I said.

"That would be awesome." He said.

Chris and I sat through the boring class, and played video game pictionary. This was one cool dude.

When geography finished, I went to biology. I sat down next to Ray and told him about Chris, and our idea. He also liked the idea.

It was the finally class of the day, drama. I took my normal seat in the back row with Ryan and Jack. And then I saw Barbara walk in...

"Hey come sit with us!" Jack yelled toward her.

"Okay." She said while taking a seat next to me.

"How's your day?" I asked.

"It's great. I like this way better than my old school." She replied.

"Yup. This place isn't that bad when you have friends." Jack said.

"Do you for wanna improv a scene for me?" our teacher interrupted.

"No...." Ryan said under his breath.

"Alright then, be quiet!" The teacher yelled.

We stopped talking for the rest of the class, and instead made notes to each other. Barbara wrote stupid puns, while me and Ryan both tried to see who could use a bigger word, and jack just drew pictures of cats. Even though we didn't do much that class period, it was one of the best times I've had.

After theatre we all met up in our normal spot, and began to go home. Barbara had decided she would ride with us. Gavin, Lindsay, Barbara, Ray and I got into Michael's car, and drove home.

"Wanna do something today?" I asked Gavin.

"Yeah sure. Just come to my house around 7." He responded.

I gave him a kiss on the cheek, and then he got out and went into his house.

Michael dropped of Lindsay and ray and then proceeded to Barbara and mine's street, which was also his of course.

Once we got there, we all parted ways and went into our homes. I put all my stuff down and went into my room. I decided to text Ray, to see if he wanted to play Titanfall for a bit.

Me: Hey Ray.

Ray: Whats up?

Me: Wanna play some Titanfall?

Ray: Sure.

Me: I'll send you an invite give me a sec.

Ray: Alright.

I sent Ray an invite and then we played the game. After 2 hours of playing, I had realized it was almost 7.

I cut things off with Ray, and then gathered my stuff.

I had walked for a bit until I got to Gavin's. Once I got to his house, I knocked on the door.

"Hello Mrs. Free. I'm here to see Gavin." I said politely.

"Alright. Well I wasn't home when he got here, actually I just got home right now, but uhh I'm sure he's home." She smiled.

"Okay thank you." I responded.

I walked up the large wooden staircase and headed to Gavin's room. I got to his room and opened the door.

I looked at Gavin, and what I saw him doing I could never forget......
