Dear… Huntler fans? (Sorry, I have no idea how to start journal entries.....)

Hello! Today has got to be the best birthday I’ve ever had! I mean, I’m talking despite the fact that Francine and Scott barged right in while Hunter was proposing to me. I gotta say though, I think it was all Francine. Scott… maybe? But at least he didn’t make a big scene out of it.

The big entrance was all Francine.

Anyway, a lot more happened after that scene.

As Hunter and I danced the night away, I heard an endless chatter in a specific spot in the room. I looked at where all the loud talking was coming from and saw that the elders were gathered in a corner. I looked up at Hunter and cocked an eye brow.

“What are they doing?”  I asked him. He looked up at the small crowd, trying to listen to their conversation but ended up shrugging.

“I don’t know,” he said as his face scrunched up. “Let’s go find out.” I nodded. He grabbed my hand and pulled me away discreetly towards the elders.

“No! They deserve a nice and grand wedding by the beach!” grandma cheered.

“Nah, I think a small private wedding would be much better,” my mom said.

“Why? We need to let the whole world know that our sons are marrying each other!” Janice argued.

I looked at Hunter with a smirk as we both tried to hide our laughter. They were already planning our wedding! Heck, we don’t even have a date set for it yet and they’re already arguing about it. Their chatter only increasingly got louder and louder to the point where it got so annoying that I had to shout over them.

“Hold up!” I shouted. The talking immediately stopped and they all snapped their heads to me in synchronization. “We haven’t even set up a date yet!” I laughed. They all followed soon after with a unanimous “oh yeah!” and they got back to planning our wedding.

Grandma broke away from the little clique and pulled me towards the center with Hunter who was smirking from what I had just said. “Stop!” she shouted. They all turned to look at me and Hunter in the center. “Let’s let these boys decide when they want their wedding to be, then we can start planning,” she said.

Wow. Grandma was a fast worker! I just got engaged not more than an hour ago and they all want me to get married now!

I don’t care so much for a big wedding though as long as we’re in a nice, memorable place and everyone I loved was there. I looked up at Hunter and stared into his eyes. Immediately, I knew was he was thinking about and he nodded to me to announce it to everyone else.

“Hunter and I want to get married next month,” I stated. All the ladies squealed and gathered around us for a group hug. The dads tried to join in too, but they had to form their own outer layer in our group hug.

“As soon as possible, right?” my mom asked.

“Of course,” Hunter agreed. When the group hug dispersed, Hunter kept his arms around me. “How about the 26th? We have exactly one month from now,” he said and they all agreed.

Moments later Cassandra, Alyssa, Eric, Michael, and Nathan all came to the group. “What’s going on?” Alyssa asked.

I literally jumped out of Hunter’s arms and into hers while shouting ‘Hunter and I are getting married next month!’ She squealed and formed another group hug with all of my friends and Nathan.

“I get to be your best man!” Eric shouted. I saw Michael’s jaw dropped, but I ignored it.

“Sure, Eric,” I agreed.

“No! I’m your best man, Tyler!” Michael whined. “I’ve known you longer than he has!” he argued.

That’s when I realized that oh crap; there’s gonna be too many problems with this wedding. I can already see it.

That's it for now!
