What if

Partie 1

- Here we are Blair, the Dominican Republic 

- Thanks Humphrey, I will never know what I would be without you 

- It's nothing Blair, you're my friend and you needed me, so here I am, you don't have to thanks me.

Blair stopped talking at this point, she could not believe how she got here. Few hours ago she was the princess of Monaco and now she is a runaway bride in the Dominican Republic with someone she cannot believe has become one of her best friend. And all that to get a divorce. After that video was release, Louis change drastically, from the prince charming in her fairy tale to the evil prince. She needed to get out of this mariage.

They stopped at a hotel Blair knew. In the lobby, Dan was asking for two rooms but Blair stopped him. She does not want to be alone so they took a room with two beds.

- Are you sure you want to be in the same room as me, remember I'm from Brooklyn, I'm a Humphrey, and even though were are friend, I never thought we were that close

- Come on Humphrey, I asked you to come with me, to rescue me from my wedding and you think we are not close 

- I don't know that why I'm asking 

- Yes I'm sure I want to share a room with you and for the record, you're not just my friend, but my best friend 

- Really? 

- Of course, look at all you had done for me, you helped me through my hardest time and I know you wrote Louis's vows, so I'm pretty sure I'm your best friend too.

Dan just smiled, if only she knew what she really is for Dan.

The room was pretty nice, it was more of a suit than a simple room, it had a living room with a balcony with a view on the sea and next to the living room was the bedroom but with only one big bed. Blair called the lobby because it was not what she wanted, she was getting mad on the phone, Dan told her to hang up.

- It's okay Blair, you don't have to get mad, I can sleep in the living room

- No Dan, it's not okay I asked for two beds because I want you to be in the same room as me when I going to sleep, if I wanted you in another room I would have get two rooms. 

- Okay, but if they gave us this room, it's probably because they don't have other choice, so we'll have to do with what we have

 - Okay, you going to sleep with me 

- What ? 

- Oh Relax Humphrey, we are just going to sleep, don't get any idea.

Their phones kept on rigging, they had to turn it of. Blair did not want anyone to know where they were. She just allowed Dan to call his father to say that he was with her but he could not say more. Dan was thinking that she would have want to say it to Serena or Chuck.

- I can't see Chuck right now and for Serena she is probably mad at me for taking you with me 

- Why would she be mad?

- Don't tell I told you, but she was going to confess her love for you to you. 

- Oh I knew that 

- What do you mean « you knew that » ? 

- At the wedding, she told me she loved me and that I didn't have to answer her right away. 

- Oh no, she probably even more mad than I thought, but why you didn't answer her, you love her right? 

- Not really and she knew it when she confessed to me 

- How can she know that ? 

- Because she knew that I'm in loved with somebody else 

- Really? Who is she? Why is she better that Serena ? What does that hoe have that Serena doesn't have? 

- Wow, first of all she's not a hoe, and second of all you will not believe me if i tell you who she is and lastly, even though nothing is possible with her I didn't want to give some false hope to Serena.

Blair stopped with her question but kept wondering about who that girl was. She liked to think she knew every person Dan knew. But she could not find who that girl was. If she knew she was seeing that girl every time she saw her reflexion, she will not believe it.

But she could not think about it to long, she was about to talk with a lawyer for her divorce.
