Shadows P.O.V:

As I looked around at all the pirates that I now completely associate with,  I realize the sun is about to set.  As everyone settles down after welcoming me in their own evil pirate ways,  I give them a final goodbye and walk out onto land.

I didn't even directly say goodbye to anybody,  but my dad will kill me if I don't get home soon. As I walk alone on the trail I keep alert because I can never trust anything. I do have my new sword in my hand,  but I'm not quite sure how to use it as I've never owned a sword. Hm, maybe  I will ask Gil for some training with it.

Lately my crush on Gil has grown stronger. I like Gil,  a lot. Of course I still have a huge crush on Harry,  but he seems,  well he seems like himself. I can't rrally explain it,  but he has been quiet when I'm around lately. I guess I'll have to ignore it and focus on my crush on Gil... Who is always nice and outgoing with me.

I make my way to my front door by just using the sidewalk,  I guess now that I realize it with all of the criminals lurking it would have more safe to use the rooftops.

I walk in quietly and make sure the door is closed. "Shadow is that you?" Dad calls from the kitchen. "Yeah, Dad, it's me." I reply as I find him in the kitchen.

He gives me a short smile,  as always. He the pushes a random bowl filled with who knows what towards me. This is just a normal night here,  I greet Dad. Dad gives me some random slop. I eat it. I go to my room and lay on my bed doing whatever untill I fall asleep.

I eat the slop and throw the bowl in the sink. I then run from the kitchen, up the stairs, into my room,  slam the door and jump onto my bed. I get my notebook from under my pillow and I flip to a clear page.

I often draw lions on random pages. Now Im doing just that. I'm not a really great artist,  but atleast I try. I draw a male lion, full body,  and detailed mane. I lay there trying to get the eyes as correct as possible,  but it never turns out how I need it to.

Eventually I just put the notebook back under my pillow and fall into a deep sleep filled with wicked dreams.

-Times skip to morning-

I wake up to complete silence. I wake up to silence everyday,  seeing as dad runs a shop that literally is open for 7 days a week and 18 hours a day. The shop consists of stolen things and it actually resembles Jafar's shop quite a lot.

I do my morning routine of brushing my hair, putting some eye liner on,  getting dressed, and running downstairs. Now usually would be the time that I would meet up with Carlos. He is always up at about this time running errands for his mother.

After I meet up with Carlos it usually takes an hour before we meet up with the rest. The order of people I would meet up with would be Carlos,  Evie,  Jay, and lastly Mal.

Now I don't have anyone to meet up with so I walk outside and just start walkijg. Who knows what today will bring. I don't bring my sword because I really don't feel like carrying it around all day.

I look up at the sky it has to be around noon at this point,  yes I slept in. It's normal around here. I continue my walk and end up at Gil's house. I wonder if he is here, maybe I can ask him for some sword lessons now. So I walk up to his door,  then I step back and look up. I see a balcony just like mine.

"Gil! Are you up there?" I yell trying to imitate what he yells to me on a daily basis. Gladly someone answered my calls. It was Gil,  which is kind of a relief,  Gil's dad is kind of annoying, he is also kind of a pervert. He says that even though I don't act or look like 'his Bell' I attract him in a certain way. I do not intend on being around him for long now matter what happens.

"Oh, Hey Shadow, what's up?" He says to me from the balcony. I just motion for him to come down. He turns around and goes back inside. I smirk a bit because of the realization that I'm probably the only one I know that will jump from a two story balcony.

I wait a moment before Gil walks outside. We smile at eachother. "So,  I was thinking you could give me some sword lessons and such" I tell him and realize I'm actually nervous about the answer.

"Yeah, wanna start now?" He says as can't ask can be I take a step in the direction towards my house and we begin walking in that direction. "Well,  I left my sword at home, so we have to go get it,  but yeah that'd be great."

We make our way back to my house. Once we get there we go inside to my room. A place I realize Gil has actually never been. Luckily my room is pretty clean. I find my sword propped up by my balcony and grab it. We smile at eachother once again and walk back outside

"You know we should really get you something to hold your sword so that you don't have to carry it around all the time" Gil tells me and looks at me as we walk down the street.  I assume we are going to the ship to practice. I nod at him and look forward again. I then furrow my eyebrows and look at Gil. "Where's your sword?"

"Mines back on the ship. I don't like having a sword on my hip all the time. " He tells me and I nod once again.

"Oh,  Okay" Is all I reply with as we finish our walk to the ship entrance. Once we do arrive at the entrance Gil motions with his hands to go in first "Ladies first" he says. I just smile at him and walk in.
