To all my wonderful readers,

This is dedicated to JenniferVandenbroek for being my latest fan. And for commenting on the last chapter, thankyou so much. Also a special mention to my sister Caitlin who has been bugging me for this chapter for the last few days.

Sorry that I don’t upload as frequently perhaps as the other more established writers on Wattpad but I ask that you be patient with me. I have an 18 month old son and he can be quite a handful sometimes so I do not get a lot of time to write. Please understand; I hope you are enjoying my story. VOTE! COMMENT! FAN! PROMOTE! Love you all,

Werewolf Coven Chapter 9

What I saw in front of me was a room filled with red and white roses. I smiled as I gazed around the different arrangements and then noticed a single red rose set on my lounge room coffee table. Quietly I approached the table and glanced down to read the note that was attached to the stem of the rose by a thin golden string.

‘You may not have noticed me in the way that I have noticed you, but I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone. You are beautiful Rhylee and I care about you. I am your admirer from afar.’

I sniffed the room trying to detect a particular scent but nothing stood out amongst the overwhelming smell of roses. I sighed because I knew that I wouldn’t be able to tell. All of the scents in my house were familiar people. The male scents belonged to Ryan, Luke, Kyron, Zach, Matthias, Hunter and Tyler.

It was pretty safe to say that I could rule out Matt and Tyler as they were both otherwise involved. I highly doubted that Ryan or Luke would do anything like that, which basically left Hunter, Zach and Kyron. Hunter was a possibility considering we were pretend dating but I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. I didn’t think it was Zach, as far as I knew he saw me as his little sister. It could have been Kyron but he just wasn’t the type to do some overly romantic gesture.

I was stuck; there was no one that stuck out in my mind. No way on earth was it Kaleb, his scent was nowhere near my house, thank god for that. I sighed and decided that I was never going to figure it out, if I wanted to know, I would just have to observe people more often and I had the best way to do just that. I pulled out my phone and scrolled to the name Emily. Her phone rang twice before she answered.

“This better be important,” she grumbled on the other end of the phone.

“You’re on break next week right?” I asked her.

“Yeah,” she replied hesitantly.

“I was thinking, why don’t we all go to Hagen for a week?”

--

“I think it’s an awesome idea,” Tyler nodded his head enthusiastically.

The week had passed rather uneventfully. We had all piled into two cars, both Land Cruisers. In one car, there was Ryan, Luke, Emily, Matthias, Kyron and Heather. In the other was Zach, Tyler, Donna, Hunter, Cameron and myself.

Tyler was driving with Donna in the passenger seat, Hunter and Cameron were in the middle on the edges which left the middle seat free and Zach and I were in the back. I wasn’t really paying attention to the conversations around me; I was trying to observe any unnatural behaviours. My head felt like it was going to explode.

“We’re here,” Tyler called out.

I climbed out of the car nimbly, needing desperately to stretch my legs. I stood beside Tyler and Donna who was whispering into Tyler’s ear. “I swear I have seen that Hunter guy somewhere before,” she murmured.
