A ghostly chuckle appears behind me, and fear seizes my limbs, paralyzing me. Deja Vu.
"We meet again."

I'm dreaming. I already lived this before, the day before I woke up in a cage. I'm dreaming. I'm dreaming. I press my eyes shut to block out the sound of a deep chuckle behind me, that seems to be echoing around in my head. I'm dreaming. I'm not going to be eaten. But then I feel the presence of another person directly behind me, and I stop breathing in all. The only thing that's moving is my heart, hammering away. I feel sure the person standing behind me can hear the slamming of my heart.
I don't hear any rustling, indicating movement before a soft, but deadly and somehow terrifying voice whispers "Boo" into my ear.
I can't help myself from letting loose the small shriek and my legs make a run for it. Before I've even gotten 3 feet, pain explodes between my shoulder blades and the world goes sideways. Somehow, I end up on the ground, between the dead leaves and soil, blue stars bursting painfully in front of my eyes.
"Now, now, the meal has to stay on the plate, not run away." The deep voice says, penetrating my cloud of pain and dizziness. I shift my head slightly to see who was going to eat me.
It's the black haired vampire, looking politely interested in something, and a promise of merciless pain lurking behind the black eyes. He's still wearing the black tee and jeans, but somehow that makes him more menacing. Then I realize he was talking to me. "...after the little incident with my dear mother, we tracked where she had went. It to easy to find where she was hiding and bring her back to...discipline her." He hissed slightly on the 's' in discipline, sending shivers down my throbbing spine. "While everyone was focused on my dear mother, I decided to find you. After all, I've never had a whole human all to myself before..." He said, licking his lips. He came closer to me, towering over my small body, crumpled in the grass. We both new I wouldn't run away again. Couldn't run away again. He leaned over me, and then his face started to change.
His skin grew considerably paler, and his eyes burned fire-red. His white teeth stretched, and when he was done with his...transformation, I wondered how he could have ever looked human to me. His new appearance struck the alarm bell in my head and I struggled to get up, but his hand grabbed my wrist, yanking it painfully to the ground. He pinned my other arm to the ground, and I was still struggling, the survival instinct within me to strong to let me give up. He lowered his mouth to my neck and before I could scream, sank his teeth into my flesh.
Immediately, my senses dulled and my pointless thrashing dulled down to an occasional twitch. I didn't even feel any pain. It was like he had injected some sort of sedative into my bloodstream. Then I realized, wasn't I supposed to be feeling some sort of pain? I look over, my heavy eyelids almost closing. His hair was in my face, but I could still see the blood, dripping into the grass. I stared at it for a while before figuring out that it was supposed to be mine.
I'm not entirely sure what happened to me next, but something happened. A flurry of movement in front of me, and then black-hair was being pinned down by some guy with blond hair. Wait. He was the guy who leaped on the others...some time.... More rustling. They must be fighting. Then, I get a sense that I'm being lifted up, and blond-hair's face is inches from mine, saying something about 'losing' and 'blood' and something about 'fast', though he might've said 'last'. And then, I get the sense we're moving. That was the last thing I saw before the world continuously weave in and out of blackness, and each time I become conscious of something, I can't remember where I am, and what I'm doing. But each time I wake up - or go to sleep? The face of the black haired vampire comes back to me, and the memory of his breath against my skin on my ear makes my heart thump a little harder.
