"That's all I ever wanted know."
Was to die, it doesn't matter how; if it's grousome or quick. It doesn't really matter to me, after all I can't feel pain anymore so why would it matter. I opened up my eyes, staring at the ceiling of the room I was given. It's been two weeks since I was moved to a military base somewhere in the US, the location doesn't matter to me. All I want is to die after all.

I sat up in the hospital bed, pulling my knees to my chest and curling my arms around my legs the best I can. I rested my head on my knees, staring at the door in front of me, waiting for someone, or something to walk in or force themselves through the metal door. No one did, after all it's around three in the morning, no one's awake exept the night patrol that walk around the base.

I let out a sigh, one that sounded lifeless and dreary. I moved back to lay down on my bed again, my hand moved up to the dog tag around my neck. Two months ago I was fighting a war that wasn't mine, a war that changed my life. Two months ago I was left for dead because that "war" ended. Two months ago on my birthday, from what I was told, my team and I died that day. I remember dying.

~so this was a short and kinda sucky introduction to this story. Will edit in future. So there you have it, are you confused? Find the main character who you don't even have a name for yet strange? Don't worry that's only natural. Until next time. Have a wonderful day.~
