Mina's PoV

It's finally Saturday and I got a really good sleep. I have never slept that well since school started. Hell, I sleep too well on Saturdays and Sundays like a penguin hibernating. Do penguins hibernate?

I took my phone and go to Google to see if my hypothesis is correct

And the answer is no. I waddle myself to the bathroom and get ready for my day to be spent with Chaeyoung. I wish Chaeyoung was the girl i saw 12 years ago...and if only the girl gave me the name before getting picked up by her mom I assume

--30 Minutes Later--

"Mina! Get down and eat your breakfast!" Sana shouted 

I ran down the flight of stairs and grab the plate to the living room and sit on the floor while holding the plate and grab the remote with my free hand and tune the channel to Penguin of Madagascar

 "Penguins of Madagascar again Mina?" I nodded at Momo and I felt like Momo rolled her eyes "Change the channel to What's Wrong With Secretary Kim or something"

"NO!" I shrieked like a penguin and Momo was frightened 

"Do not ever mess with a penguin that is watching penguin. I've been there Momo. Once you go there, there is no going back" Sana approached us and Momo just sighed in defeat 

--1 Hour Later--

Chaeyoung The Cub 

Chae The Beast: You ready?

I put aside my phone to let it charge and hurry to change. I just shoved my personal things to my bag and hurry out

"Woah, Mina. Slow down" Sana said "Chaeyoung isn't here yet. Now, go eat your fried fish like a good penguin you are" I glared at her

"I. Am. Not. An. Actual. Penguin" I said between my sentences

"But you run...more like waddle like one. And you walk like one so...technically, you ARE a penguin" Momo continued 

I sighed and wait on the couch for Chaeyoung to come

Chaeyoung's PoV

It's so fun to tease the penguin. First, she walks like a penguin and second, she loves penguin. But seriously? How am I not an idiot to not shout my name before getting picked up by my mom. I facepalm and hit myself mentally

"Do not hit your head or you will turn stupid cub" Daniel came in and walk to the fridge

"Do not call me cub. Only my penguin can call me that" I said and glared at him

"Your penguin? Since when?" I just glared at him and went off to take my keys to the Maserati Gran Turismo 

I walk to the driver's seat and start the engine and step on the pedal hard trying to reach the place in 10 minutes top

--Mina's House--

I brought out my jacket just in case this penguin didn't bring hers. I did warn her about the place being too cold

I walk towards her house and press the door bell. I waited a few seconds until someone opened the door

"Sana?" she nodded "Where's Mina?"

"MINA! YOUR CUB IS HERE. WADDLE YOURSELF OUT HERE" Sana shouted in her high pitch tone. If she was Jihyo, I'd be deaf by now

I waited for another second and Mina came out revealing herself in her outfit. A white shirt and denim pants with converse

I jaw drop at the sight and was staring blankly into the Quantum Realm for a moment until a raccoon showed up

"Close your mouth before a fly goes in you little cub" Momo said and I did what she said 

"Let's go" I said and I took Mina's hand with me. Her hand just feels so right on mine\

I brought her to the passenger's seat and opened the door for her and jog to the driver's seat after I closed the door

--Destination--

"It's cold here" she said 

"I thought you will be able to hold it in the cold. You are a penguin after all" I grinned which earned me a hit in the back of my head

I went back inside my car and grab my jacket while Mina is still standing outside. I lock my car and wrap around her and zip up the zipper and that is where I found myself drowning. Drowning in her ocean-like eyes and her pretty eye smile

"Chaeyoung" she called me out from the trans and my face started boiling

"Alright...sorry. You have beautiful eyes" I mumbled and unfortunately, she heard it

"Thanks" she giggled and she looked around "This place seems familiar"

I took her hand and led her to the playground and sit on the swing

"This is my favorite place to go to when I was a child" I smiled and looked up at the sky

"Really?" she asked and I nodded "I met my first love here. I remember she was crying" 

"First love?" I asked back and she sat beside on the swing 

"Yep" popping out the 'P' while nodding "What makes you make this place your favorite?"

"I release my stress here and fell in love 12 years ago" I said and looked at her

"I was in Korea 12 years ago too. I remember clearly like it was yesterday. A girl looking like a cub was crying. I approached her and we talked. She said that her parents were fighting" I stayed silent and listened well because that girl was me "I told her my name. I doubt she still remembers but if she does, I am grateful. She didn't told me hers because she was suddenly picked up by her mom. She can shout her name" I face palm mentally for what I did and my mom reminded me of that too

I was going to say something but was caught off by someone interrupting us

"Mina?"
