~~Hello, I'm back! I hope you enjoy this chapter and have a wonderful day. Pic of Clove (Or u can imagine her however u want.)^^:)~~

~Present Day~

I walked around the knife section in the training center. Looking for the right one.

"Clove, you do know that you're supposed to wait for Jacob, right? You need to help him train, come on. He's just starting. Nobody wants somebody who doesn't care." Said the most obnoxious voice ever. I turned around with a look on my face that said 'I know. Now shut up'.

He grinned his cocky grin for the millionth time since I've known him. "I know, Luke. I was just looking for the right knife for him to throw." I explained calmly even though I wanted to smash his face into the wall next to me.

"I know, babe. Now, seriously, get over there. He's waiting right outside the door." He said.

I lifted my brow. No, we aren't dating. We've known each other for four years and he's made it clear that we're just friends when he fools around and annoys me. He just likes irritating me when he calls me 'Babe'.

"I'm coming, I just need a good knife for him." I argued. He averted his eyes to the shelf of throwing knives. He took a few steps forward, inches away from my face. I lifted my head to look since he was a solid 6'1" while I was 5'7''.

He smiled smugly and looked deep into my eyes. My face crinkled in confusion. Why is he so close to me right now?

He turned his body to the knives and took a united cuterly one. He handed it to me. I scrunched my face up and looked up at him. "Those could easily slip out of your hand, dude." I gave him a pointed look and grinned when he dramatically sighed. He took a step back and put it back. Shrugging he leaned on the wall next to him, "Well? The kid is waiting. Pick a random one or go outside to the kid." He urged.

I rolled my eyes and groaned. Looking to the knives I got a silver blade with a cut-out circle in the handle. I smiled and put it down; knowing that that's the one that I want.

"Will you stop having dirty thoughts about your knife and go. He's waiting for you." He got off the wall and started walking to the door. I mirrored his actions and in a matter of seconds we were facing my trainee.

I smiled at him. He looked around my age when I was brought here. And he is. I know all the information that is needed to know about him, since I'm in charge of him for four years.

A agent has to be trained for four years until they're on their own and/or start training the children.

"Are you my trainer?" He asked shyly. I nodded, "Yup. That's me. We're gonna see each other a lot." I never was a cheerful person. My mother taught me many things but definitely not how to be cheerful or anything related to that topic. "Well, I'm gonna go to the cafeteria. Cya later," Luke stepped away and I heard a door shut.

"Wanna go in?" I asked. He doesn't really have a choice but I have nothing else to say. "Do I really have a choice?" He asked with a smile. I shook my head and grinned.

We walked into the training center and I led him to the knife throwing section.

"Here take this one." I handed him the selected knife.

He looked at it curiously. "My mom didn't use these knives to cut up my avocados." His words were laced with humor and I grinned.

"Come on. I'm gonna show you how to throw them." I motioned to him to follow me to the dummies. Taking a full step back, I threw the knife with force into the dummy. Hitting the target I turned to my left where I found Jacob with his mouth agape and eyes as wide as saucers.
