Obito had managed and had somehow captured Itachi Uchiha to make sure that Sasuke does join him so he can continue his plans to bring 'peace' to the world. Sasuke is a big part of that plan do he went all out.
Obito grinned at him "Any moment now itachi, believe me I know, I've suck pretty low, but whatever I've done you deserve."

"Now its time to rise up, or its time to stand down, an the answer is easy to see. And I swear by the sword, if you're in, get on board, Are you ready?"

"We're ready..." The leaders say back to her.

"Are you quite sure we can do this?" Juugo asked
