Moon took her moomoo milk bottle and politely thanked the vendor, when she turned around, our eyes met.
"Alola!" she said, I was sweating and the most nervous I've ever been, "A-A-l-lo-lola..." I stuttered.
"Alomomola?" she asked, "I- I mean...Alola!" I nervously replied.

"Hey, do I know you by any chance? you seem super familiar" she said in a cheerful manner. "A-Actually yes, we-we met at a christmas party last year" I said, I was sweating and shaking so badly I had to hold one of my hands to try calming down.

"Oh, let me remember", she began thinking, putting her hand in her chin. "Oh my Arceus!, you are Lillie's brother!"
"Yeah, that's me!, hehe" I laugh awkwardly.
"It's so nice to see you again, we didn't had the chance to interact a lot at the party since I had to leave early" she said.
"Oh, I see, well, it's surely nice to finally have the chance to do it" I exclaimed.
"Tots! so, where are you headed?" she asked me, however what was I supposed to say, that I was following her? that would make me look like a creep.
"I-um, actually I think I'll be back home, I just came here for some milk for Umbreon" I replied.
It felt horrible lying to her.

"Oh! me too! hey, since you are my BFF's brother that means you live in Melemele as well right?"
she asked, "Yeah, I am usually training so I don't stick in the mansion a lot" I responded.
"Well, since we both live in Melemele how about we go back together?" she said in a sweet tone.
I paralyzed once more, I could feel my face get hot, why was I feeling this way? I didn't knew yet, but cupid had surely used his Decidueye to shoot an arrow to my heart.

"S-sure!" I stuttered, she asked me if I was okay, if I happened to have a fever, I tortured myself lying to her again by saying it was just allergies.
"Phew! what a relief, then, let's get going!" she said in tune.

We began heading to the marina, in our way there we talked about pokémon, she showed me her now Brionne to who she bought the milk for, and I my Lycanroc and Umbreon.
I of course showed her Silvally, she was amazed by it's appearance. She said it looked like a big puppy, and Silvally really liked the compliment.

I don't know why but everytime she smiled, a profound happiness invaded me, we kept talking and I just loved listening to her. We stumbled across some Ribombees and played a while with the Pikachu in the valley.

No matter what we did, it felt amazing being with her, I wanted to be her friend so badly, but deep down, I wanted to be something more.
Once we arrived at the marina, we took off on a ferry, where we talked about each other and got to know better.

She was certainly special, charming, daring, smart, and so, so beautiful. Her dark grey hair, her eyes, I couldn't stop looking.
Something was definitely happening to me, and it looked like she had caught allergies too.

Once the ferry arrived to the dock, the captain had to tell us that everyone else had leaved, we had been staring at each other sweetly without saying a word for the final stretch of the boat and we didn't noticed.
We apologized and got off the ferry, we stared at each other once more and laughed at the incident.

I accompanied her to her house at Hau-oli city's outskirts and leaved her at the door.
"I had so much fun today! the most I have had since forever!" she said, making me smile.
"I'm so glad, I had an amazing time as well" I said.
"Then, see you tomorrow?" she asked, I immediately answered: "definitely!" without hesitation.
"I'll go to visit you guys at the mansion" Moon said, "I'll come pick you up, how does that sound?" I asked nervously.
She blushed a little, "sounds good" Moon smiled.

We stayed at the door for a while, we were staring at each other again. The sound of a passing Pikipek flock made us speak again.
"Then see you tomorrow!" I said without realizing I did it with a tune.
Moon giggled, "see you tomorrow Gladion".

I headed back home, with a big smile on my face, humming and skipping a little, It was the best sensation in the universe.
