Rizer Phoenix-and-Explanation of Madara

(A/n: okay, I kinda just summarized the rating game and Issei vs Rizer fight, because everyone should have seen that fight by now)

Within room of the ORC, Rias' peerage was currently talking until Grayfia appeared, a woman with big bust, maid's clothing, and grey hair, she wasn't old though, very young. "Rias, the time is due." She said anonymously. Then on the other side of the room another devil portal opened up to show Rizer a man with blonde hair and a perverted attitude, but on a whole other level from Issei.

"And Rizer has arrived in the human realm." Said Rizer before turning around to look at Rias and her Peerage along with Grayfia of course. He looked directly at the Gremory heir. "I've come all the way to see you, my beloved." Stated Rizer as his eyes kept trained on Rias.

"Okay, who's this douche?" Issei asked with arrogance, not knowing the man.

"This man is Rizer Phoenix, he is a pure blooded Devil of noble birth, third heir of the house of Phoenix." Grayfia informed the new devil Issei.

"And that means what?" Issei said while turning his eyes to the beautiful Grayfia.

"That means he is also the fiancé of the next heir of the house of Gremory." Explained Grayfia.

"Fiancé to what? You're joking right?!" Issei asked Grayfia with disbelief, this man was to marry Rias Gremory.

"I am not, lady Rias has been engaged to Rizer for quite some time now." Grayfia reassured him and Issie worried more.

"Th- they're getting married?!" Issei asked even though the question being answered already before.

Rizer was then served tea by Akeno. Rizer sipped the tea and it was truly amazing. "Wonderful. The tea served by my Rias' queen is most delightful." Rizer complimented Akeno while having his arm wrapped around Rizer who she despises beyond belief. Rizer was playing with her crimson hair.

"Thank you for the compliment." Akeno said, her tone being polite, but her eyes showing the feeling of killing Rizer.

Before anything else could be done, Rey walked into the ORC room. "Hey." Greeted Rey as he walked in and closed the door behind him, he yawned and walked to the couch next to Koneko where he sat next to the rook of the heir of Gremory. He finally noticed Rizer being with Rias. "Rias, you know you can do a lot better than him right, the dude already looks like a bird and he doesn't have his Phoe- I mean pigeon wings out yet." Rey insulted with a smirk, causing everyone to look at Rey with shock and Grayfia holding in a giggle.

Koneko looked at Rey. "Roasted." She said emotionlessly while being handed a chocolate bar by Rey.

Rizer took the insult personally. "And what are you, you low-class devil." Rizer said in anger as they all slightly giggled and/or chuckled at him. "What?!"

"He's not a devil, he's an Uchiha." Grayfia Explained to Rizer, he gulped and looked at Rey.

"That's right idiot." Rey said to Rizer with a smirk.

"Uchiha or not, I, am Rizer Phoenix." Rizer Said in anger before smirking. "Now bend over and kiss my boot." He ordered Rey.

"Look bud..." Rey closed and opened his eyes to show his sharingan, the air got heavy and his power seeped from him slightly, everyone was taken aback, including the strongest queen, Grayfia. "I don't take kindly to people ordering me around." Rey cracked his neck and his eyes put Rizer in a genjutsu, the same one used on Lucifer, when it finished, Rizer was sweating and wide-eyed. "I'm out of here, see you guys later." Rey said before leaving the Gremory heir and her peerage.
