Chapter 9: Uma

Uma' Pov:

I told Shadow that I wouldn't tell Gil about her little crush on him. I was telling the truth, but that doesn't mean someone else won't.

I'm at the Fish and Chip for about two hours when Harry comes in as usual. My first mate always tries to stay around to follow my orders of course.

"Have you seen Gil?" Harry asks me as I slam a food tray down on the table for a customer. The customer yelled something at me but I ignore it to answer Harry.

"Oh, He's on the ship with Shadow. They should be in the practice room since Shadow has no experience with swords." I say with a slight scoff.

He just nods at me and says "I will be back soon, Captain." He doesn't always call me captain, just random times. He really isn't required to, but still, he does.

I turn back to the kitchen and grab some more trays from the window. I then begin giving people their stupid food again.

Harry's Pov

I needed to find Gil to help me steal some stuff from different places. Now that I know that he is on the ship that's where I'm going.

I walk onto the ship through the usual entrance and onto the main deck. I take a look around just before I go into the practice room to make sure non of the crew is here with out Uma's orders.

No one else besides Shadow, Gil, and me seems to be here. So, I walk back to the practice room door. I immediately see Shadow and Gil leaning in to kiss. I'm not sure how to react since they haven't seen me yet.

I am actually kind of annoyed by this, so I walk over to them as silently as possible and interrupt them just before they actually kiss.

"Well, Well, Well, What do we have here?" I say looking down at them. Shadow jumped slightly at my words and they both pull away from each other quickly. They both look up at me and Shadow removes her legs from over top of Gil's legs.

A/N-
So for later on in the story
(1) I was thinking that Shadow could go to Auradon alone and Ben says that she was supposed to come with Mal and them and then Harry, Gil, and Uma come to Auradon even more later in the story and then it goes more from there.

OR

(2) Shadow goes to Auradon with Uma, Gil, and Harry and Shadow finds her lion form with them three and the story line can go from there.
