I walk down the twisted steps and look for my brother,"derek!" I shout. No answer "looks like I'm walking to school" I mutter to myself. I walk out of his loft and start walking to school. I walk on the side walk day dreaming and don't realize I am at the school. I bumb into someone "oh my god I'm so sorry-" I get cut off by a really really hot guy. With puppy dog eyes and a crooked ha we was adorable.

"Oh no it's ok. I'm Scott...Scott McCall." oh wow his name is hot too.

"I'm Skylar...Skylar Hale." I say and his face dropped

"hale?" he asked

"ya you must have heard about my brother and all well he is now not a fugitive." I say smiling and he smilies too! then I take a huge sniff of hair an something gets into my scent I look at Scott confused.

"werewolf" I said and he looks at me and crabs my arm and dragged me some where.

"Your one of them." He says looking at me weird.

"Ya if I weren't one how could I tell so easily" I said giving him a 'duh' look.

"I can't tell if your one why?" he said giving me a confused look.

"Oh ya about that see I'm-" I get rudely cut off by a cute guy with spiked up hair and moles all over his face. He looks at me and smiles. I smile and wave at him.

"Scott we have to talk about things that can't be talked about infront of a really...really hot girl you found right now." the weird kid said,"im stiles by the way." stiles said and I made a confused face.

"What the hell is a stiles?" I asked and look at Scott who roles his eyes.

"Why does every one say that." stiles says.

"No dude she's cool." Scott says looking at stiles to me.

"No dude she's not cool" stiles says and I raise my eyebrows.

"Are you say I'm not cool?" I ask stiles crossing my arms over my chest and my eyebrows up staring at him.

"No I...um...look what your doing to me Scott I'm losing my social status." Stiles says moving his arms every where.

"You never even had one." Scott and I say in unison.

"Stiles let's start over," Scott says and stiles nods "stiles this is skylar hale " Scott says and raises his eyebrows whilst looking at stiles. Stiles looks at me and back to Scott with a shocked gaze.

"Oh my god there's another one." stiles says "are you a-"

I cut him off by saying "yes I'm a werewolf"

"Oh great ok ya this...this is perfect awesome you two are awesome. I mean who else is a werewolf" stiles says squinting his eyes at us.

"Ya but I'm an alpha." I say and my eyes change into their very rare color yellow am blue put together.

"How the hell your not an alpha" stiles says looking at me and back to Scott.

"Your eyes they aren't red." Scott says interested and confused.

"Ya about that I am kind of a wanted and special alpha" I say and the boys raise their eyebrows. " I'm a born alpha." I tell them and they look even more confused " I'm a alpha that didn't need to take another alpha's place." I say slowly so they understand. They raise their eyebrows in understandment. Then the bell rings and I remember I haven't gotten my schedule yet. "Oh my god I have to get my schedule bye" I say and walk/run to get my schedule. I finally get it and hurry to my locker. I see Scott right by my lock and stiles on the other side. I role my eyes and go to my locker. I try to get my lock open but I suck at these things.

"You need some help?" Scott asks

"Ya sure" I say in defeat. Scott gets it and I'm very greatful.

"Thank you" I say and hurry to class. I get into class and sit down in the back. I see Scott walk in and he sits infront of me. I sat in the back because no one looks in the back and I am the new girl so yay! my phone buzzes and so does everyone else's. I read the message from a book I've already read. So I shut my phone off. Then a chick comes in and repeats the text I copy her but it was a bad idea because then she calls my name.

"You what's your name?" she says

"Um Skylar" I say looking at her very familiar face.

"Ok Skylar what's my name?" she says and raises her eyebrows.

"I don't know and I don't really care." I say and I hear kids trying to stifle their laughter.

"Do you want to go to the-" the teacher is cut off by a thud. I look and see a bird slammed into the window I got up and screamed "get down!" I looked around to find Scott but he wasn't in the desk or under it. I must have blanked out. Then I hear glass shatter and crows fly every where. One comes at me but I use my fire power to burn it. I get down on the ground and concentrate on all the little heart beats. I hear all those heart beats stop I look up with all the energy I've got and see all the crow on the ground dead. I did it. I think to my self and then the room fades into total darkness.
