This is a subject that is very important, but to some, well those some don't like talking about these subjects as its fairly dirty.
Humans like the majority of species need to remove waste from their systems through excreting them out of their rectums, which is located on their rear end.
I was always confused whenever I saw wet patches or brown lumps in the cage until I let them out and they relieved themselves, and upon asking a vet I found out that they need to frequently do this.
So I as a species that rids myself of waste through certain bacteria had never had to deal with this situation, a lot of species have designated areas for themselves to relieve themselves, and it turns out that the humans are able to use these areas.
On further research I found out that humans call these areas 'toilets' and that they can get seriously harmed if they do not relieve themselves, so I had an area set up, a room just off my sleeping quarters, which I highly encourage any owner who doesn't need to relieve themselves to set up a toiletry area.
This training is easiest, you need to place the human in there if they seem uncomfortable, they need to teach themselves to use the 'toilet' which is a strange, small tub with crata gelatin in it which dissolves and absorbs the excretions.
If a human relieves themselves in any other room they are to be placed in the 'toilet' room and then punished as its bad behaviour, I did not punish my two as they had no choice, humans are allowed to relieve themselves outside as long as they are properly cleaned after.
As previously stated humans need to be clean, they love it and it can help prevent sickness, so you should be sure there is a pet cleaning house nearby, at first the human will be very upset as they are not used to being handled in such a way. Yet if possible it is also good to make a room to bathe the humans in as it will be a lot easier and a great way to encourage trust between you.
