Have you ever had those weird moments where you're having thoughts of being killed or burried? That's basically my daily life. I have an all time fear of closing my eyes because steering clear of my murderer is an awesome idea.

I blinked three times just to make sure I could understand the situation accuring in my presence. Laying on the floor in front of my dorm room is a little boy swiming in his own blood.

Not knowing what to do, I did the unthinkable. Screaming from the top of my lungs. I couldn't believe my own eyes. I've heard about people dying but never have I actually percieved it with my two eyes. "I'm scared" I reminded myself as I kept on shouting for help. Standing aside the body on the floor. I felt something as if someone appeared behing me trying to console me. Everything suddenly felt like a blur.

It's been three hours since I was taken to the community police station for a few questions. It seems like they're asking the same thing over and over again.

"Miss Dillion, where were you coming from?" One of the officers asked once more. I've had it when them. "The student lounge." I answered without any emotions. I wanted to go home. All the way home. I wanted to forget about today, seeing this poor boy's body on that cold ground wounded my heart greatly.

"Can I please go..?" I asked with hopes that they'd agree to let me go. They looked at each other as if they were having a silent conversation among them on wether they'd agree to let me go or continue asking those ridiculous questions.

"Okay...." One officer started. "But you can't go back to your dorm, not until we solve this case at least. Going back to your dorm would put you in danger." He continued.

I looked at him in lost of words. "So where am I gonna stay for my fall classes?" I finally found the words to ask. Rolling down my left cheek is one icy tear droplet that took a couple of seconds to form. "Does that mean I'm getting out of UF?" I asked hoping that I get the answer I'm waiting on.

"No. " I felt free after the one word sentence.

"But we have to put you somewhere safe until we're over with this investigation. So we talked to a few people who would be willing to look aft-" he continued before he got rudely interrupted.

"I'm not a child and I'm not some charity case. What makes you think that I'd just agree to go live with people I don't even know?" I asked. I'm totally over this.

"We know that." Another one started. "It's just for a few weeks until we find out who did this. Would you rather be unsafe?" He asked rhetorically. I decided to just ignore and try my best to cooperate.

"Okay then, until we get through Jason Collins' case, you will be under the supervision of Daphne and Josh Anderson, they're counselors at UF and I think they'd be greatly happy to look after you. They only live a few miles from here and their kids also go there so what do you think?" He finally asked.

I contemplated before finally answering. "Shouldn't my parents be contacted before any of this?" I don't think those words had ever came out of my mouth.

"They'd already been contacted and since they don't want you to lose your spot at UF, they agreed to let you stay." He explained while looking at some file.

"Great." I uttered sarcastically.

This day couldn't get any worst. Here I was thinking that I would be having a great day in my freedom filled world but seems like I'll be the same prisoner that I was a few weeks ago. This is great. Just great.

I didn't know what to except as I was packing my things to head to the Andersons. I didn't know anything about Mr. Anderson except that he's supposedly the coolest counselor at UF but that still didn't change that fact that he was a total stranger.

I took everything I that came into my head and followed one of the officers who's name I came to learn was Daniel Johnson. He looks like he could be in his mid twenties.

"Whats your name?" He asked as I quietly followed him to his car.

"Roquelle." I answered bluntly.

"Your full name please." He turned to me.

"Roquelle Amera Dillion." I slightly adjust the bag on my shoulder.

"Well Roquelle.. Get in the car. The Andersons are dying to meet you." He turned to his car as I rolled my eyes at him and open the front door and sat quietly.

As promised, it only took a few minutes to get to the Andersons'. It seems like a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself looks really beautiful. It seems like a two story house and beautiful green grass surrounds it.

"Ready?" He interrupted my thoughts.

I barely nod as he walk out of the car.

"Come on." He motioned for me to follow him.

I don't know what to expect, I kept talking to myself each step that I take. Why did I have to be the one who had to find Jason's body.

I sight as he rang the bell.

Oh Lord. My nerves aroused.

A tall man open the white door. He immediately smiled at Mr Johnson and I.

"Hello. You must be Roquelle?" He asked as if I was a five year old little girl.

I only nod. I don't want to waste words on unimportant issues.

"Come on in, everyone awaits in the family room. Go on and say hi as I talk to officer Johnson." He pointed to the door that I assume leads to the family room.

I followed him finger and did as he asked.

As I enters the room. There sat a beautiful lady with a bright pink shirt and white pants . She smiled at me while the other two people stared at me dumbfounded.

"Hello Roquelle, come and sit down." She called for me. I approached the smaller couch and sat by myself.

I watched as she struggled to find the right question to ask.

"So how old are you?" She finally asked.

"Turned eighteen three weeks ago." I answered instantly.

"Okay, well. Welcome to our home. This is my daughter Kiya..." She pointed to the younger version of herself. "She's also a student at UF, I don't know if you've seen her around." She continued. "I also have a son, Kiya's twin. You've probably seen him around. His name is.." She didn't have a chance to continue as the least expected devil walked into the room listening to music.

"Well here he is now." Mrs Anderson laughed and wave at her son.

He looked down on me for a brief second and turned back as if I was a pile of junk.

"What's up Mom?" He asked sitting aside his mother.

"Kevin, I want you to meet Roquelle, she'll be staying here for a few days." She smiled back at me. Wow these people smiles a lot.

"Okay. I don't care." Ouch. I don't know why that kinda stung a little bit. He got up and continued his trail.

"Well if you want to follow, I can show you to your room?" She elevate from the couch and I followed.

She showed me everything from the room to the house rules.

This shall be interesting. Very interesting. The fact that I'd rather be anywhere but this place....
