---Luke's P.O.V---

Anger, anger was running through my veins. I can't believe Brody did that to a girl! And to make it even more aggravating my girlfriend. How much of a dick head douche does he have to be? And to beat her along with that just pushed me off the edge of anger and now it's rage. I walked over to the window completely rigid. I wanted to break something or hurt Brody, but I didn't want to do it in front of Juli, or worse, accidentally take my anger out on her. I looked out the window and saw nobody around, I took a deep breath to try and relax myself as much as I could. I walked back over to Juli and picked her clothes up.

"Babe," I whispered, she turned her head, her eyes open. I looked at them, they were the same eyes, but duller and lost their sparkle. Brody had broken her. "I'm gonna get you dressed so we can get out of here."

She mumbled in response. I slid on her underwear and clipped on her bra. Made sure her leggings wouldn't be on backwards and sat her up to put on her tank top. She didn't have socks so I found a pair for her and slid her shoes on. I pulled her hair into a messy bun/ponytail/thing, so in other words her hair looked a lot better.

I went and got her a water bottle I found and some food I had in my bag. She ate quickly and I realized she was a lot skinnier than when she left. I can't believe the things that humans did to others! It was sick! This world is even more twisted and horrific now.

"Are you ready to walk?" I asked her softly sitting next to her. She nodded and stood up slowly. "Do you want the katana or gun?" I asked

"Katana." she said sounding a lot better. I took the katana off and strapped it onto her.

"When we get back you're resting, got it?" I said sternly. She nodded and I kissed her cheek. I didn't mean to be harsh but I wanted and needed her to get better. I wasn't going to let her out of my sights either. I grabbed her hand an slowly walked to the door. I opened it and looked out deciding now would be best to run. "Can you run?" I whispered, she shrugged.

"I'll deal with the pain" She mumbled. I looked at her with concern, I'd carry her if I had to. "You're not carrying me." She said suddenly.

"Fine." I mumbled, "But if you stop, I'm not leaving you, I'll carry you to the end of the earth if I have to." I grabbed her left hand and counted quietly.

"One....two.....three!" I pushed the door open and started running. Juli did her best to keep up. I turned to look at her, her face said she was fine but her eyes said she was in a lot I pain. She was behind me so I slowed my pace just a bit to make it easier for her to keep it up and so I could save some energy just in case.

"Hey!" a voice yelled out. I didn't bother turning around because I knew it wasn't Daryl. We ran into the woods and hit bodies. They weren't Walkers.

"Damn it Luke get up." Daryl said between gritted teeth.

I looked around,

"Where's Michonne and Hershel?"

"We couldn't get them out." Daryl said quietly, he looked down at Juli who was sitting in the ground with her head facing down. "You got her?"

"Yeah," I answered as he lowered himself to Juli's level, "Daryl don't- " I started but it was too late. He lifted her chin to look at her and stopped dead.

"Who the fuck, did this to her?" Daryl growled.

"Yeah..." I said looking back, "I think that's the least of our worries."
