Abbie

I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. My parents didn't cook for us often, but I loved it when they did.
I just moved back to Phoenix Drop. After everything that happened...we decided to come back.
My parents, Collin, and I all moved to Canada when I was nine. I'm 14 now.
"Hey dad!" My dad turned around to face me.
"Oh, good morning Abbie. Excited?"
"Of course!" Today I was starting my freshman year of high school at Phoenix Drop High. My parents went there.
"Well I'm not." I heard Collin say. He walked in and sat down with his arms crossed.
I swear, it was impossible to tell we were related. My dad is a werewolf and my mom is a meifwa. So, I'm a meifwa and my brother is a werewolf.
Collin was 15. He had blood red fur, faded red eyes, and reddish-brown hair. He was a sophomore this year, and I think he was secretly happy to be back.
On the other hand, I was a chipper meifwa. I had reddish-brown hair and pink and purple fur. Me and Collin's biggest similarity is our eyes, we both had the same soft eyes.
"EIN!" My mom yelled from the living room.
"Yes Michi?"
"DID YOU BREAK THE FRONT WINDOW?! AGAIN?!" Collin's eyes widened for a sec, then he slowly got up and walked off.
"No. Collin may have he just walked off. I'd ask him."
My mom hates it when my dad or brother breaks a window. Her rule is if you break it, you pay. Both my dad and Collin kept a secret window repair fund.

After I ate and got ready, I said bye to my parents and Collin and I started to walk to school.
"Sooooooo..." I sang, successfully getting on my brother's nerves.
"Hm? What're you doing?"
"Excited to see your girlfriend again?"
Collin almost choked. "W-What? She's not my girlfriend!"
I couldn't breathe at this point.
"Mhm. Sure."

When we finally got to school, I left Collin to go explore a bit. I was way more social than he was.
I was walking, I saw two meifwa, a boy and a girl. I went up to them, happy to meet some meifwa my age.
"Hi! I'm Abbie! Um, I just moved back here after a few years, so I don't really know anyone. Hehe."
They both looked at me the girl blushed and looked away, but the boy smiled and waved. Ooohhh he's CUTE!  Wait, did I really just think that?!
"Hi! I'm Nathan and this is Zariah, my twin sister!"
They both had light pink hair and black fur on the outside of their ears with black tails. Nathan had amber eyes and pink inside fur, just like his shaggy pink hair. Zariah had blue eyes and gray inner fur.
"That's so cool! My brother's a sophomore but I'm a freshman."
"We're  freshman too!" Nathan was so bubbly. It was...honestly adorable.
