Clemont's Reality [Clemont x Reader]

Do you want to know what the absolute worst thing in the world is? Watching someone be sad and not being able to do a single thing to help them.

This version of Clemont was programmed into copy EKJEY30201 of Pokemon X. The 3DS this cartridge had been used frequently had no Nintendo Account linked to it. However it had connected to the internet several times. This file was corrupted, leaving something in the software to be infected.  In this case, Clemont was now self aware of who he was and the player handling the game. He could change his dialogue and where he is at certain times because he knew the code inside and out. 

Clemont notices that the player is You, and you are very sad. You often leave your device on when you have to leave. You bring it with you a lot too. Clemont has benefit able to watch first hand as your parents abuse you and everyone neglect you. He knows how sad you are,not, but then you pick up the game and keep playing however for you can and you're happy again. Clemont wanted to take that sadness away. He didn't know how he could.

Clemont has tried interfering with your pkaythrough, but that is the one thing the programming doesn't allow him to do. He has tried, but there is some sort of invisible video game barrier that's prevents him from being in the same town/city or even Ben in the same route as you. He has never found a way to intercept you and tell you that everything was okay.

That is, until now.
