Chapter 7

Blakes pov.:

What the fuck is happening here?! I would have never expected that they would have a such giant house. It's bigger than our gang mansion???!!! And why does Cora live with these boys and where are their parents?!

Right now Cora is acting a little bit strange. The way she grins and looks at Nico it's just.... it's just really intimidating. Even a blind person could have sensed his fear. But what is Nico scared of? Of Cora? Never...No way....C'mon she's just a harmless girl...Ok "harmless"... she's really good at fighting.

I really wanted to see what would have happened next, but that dumbass Noah had to interrupt. Now everyone is normal again. Ok...Nico looks kinda stressed now but he's talking with Skylar and Victor. I look at Cora, she's talking to Jaden and she's laughing.

I poke Tadashis arm "Hey Tadashi can I ask you something?" He shrugs "Sure" I lean my back against the sofa "How is she?" Tadashi looks at her " Why are you asking?" I shrug "I'm just curious" He smiles "Cora......she's adorable and really nice. She's overprotective over her food and Ryder is her bestfriend. She always says what she thinks and when she wants something she works hard for it....Yeah she's a good girl" He looks at me dead serious "And I don't care if we are friends but I'll hurt you really bad if you hurt her"

Ohhhhh someone is overprotective over Cora. Ok Ryder is much worse. He is like next level overprotective.

I lift my hands defeated "Ok buddy no prob" Tadashi continues talking with Xeno and Neo.

I look at Cora again and I smile a little because of the way she's waving around her hand while she's talking to Jaden. I observe their conversation and I notice how Jaden is looking at her. He looks at her the way I look at my hookups.

That son of a bitch is flirting with her!! I have to hold myself back from punching him. I know that hems trying to hook up with her.

I swear if he.....Uhm.....WTF IS HAPPENING WITH ME?!?!? WHY AM I BEING SO PROTECTIVE?!?!???

Maybe because she looks so fragile and cute. Ok......Blake calm down....Before I completely calmed down, Jaden puts his hand on her tigh. I breathe in and out and I have to hold
myself back harder.

Before I loose control, Ryder sits in between Skylar and Cora. He pulls Cora on his lap and he glares at Jaden.

Cora didn't even notice that Jaden was flirting with her and she just starts talking with Ryder. I grin as I see Jadens face, he looks so confused, probably because all girls fall for him.

Ryders pov.:

Gosh I hate them. The jackasses are just so...so....jackassy. Fortunately Gael and Alec are here. Ok....Nash, Skylar, Jaden, Nico, Xeno, Neo and Tadashi are here too but they are talking to the jackasses.

Except Jaden. He's talking to Cora. Ughh!!

While I'm talking to Gael and Alec I don't let Cora out of my sight because seriously?! That boy is obviously flirting with her.

I clench my jaw and I try to stay calm. I'm not even listening to whatever Alec is telling me.

Then Jaden touches her tigh. That's enough!! I stand up and I sit in between Skylar and Cora. I pull her onto my lap and my arms go around her waist.

I glare at Jaden and Cora pokes my arm "Hey Ryder" I poke her nose "Hey coconut" She sighs and leans against my chest "Pineapple I'm sooo tired" I chuckle "Then go to  sleep" She shakes her head "Nope. I'm ok"

I feel like someone is watching us. I look around and my eyes meet Blake. I grin and I kiss her soft cheek.Cora turns red and she glares at me. I just grin triumphant as I see how Blake clenches his jaw.

Suddenly Noah stands up and grins from ear to ear "Guys let's watch a horror movie!" Cora gets out of my lap and she goes to sit next to Nico and Victor. Nico looks kinda shocked but Cora does not notice it.

Cora turns red and she says "Uhmmm guys.....I have never watched a horror movie" We all look at her surprised "WHAAAAAAT?!??" Noah grins "We are definitely watching a horror movie now"

Coras pov.:

I'm sitting there completely bored while the boys are discussing which movie we are going to watch. When they finally decide, Noah starts the movie.

I think the name of the movie is saw, but I wasn't really paying attention.

At first I'm pretty chilled but as the time passes I feel more and more suffocated. While watching it the pictures of my past torment me. Everything in the movie looks so terribly familiar that I scoot nearer to Nico till my side touches his.

He looks at me completely surprised for a moment but he quickly continues to watch the movie.

The images just appear and reappear and reappear I feel like I can't breathe. My face is blank of horror and I'm shaking.

I feel how someone softly puts their arm around my shoulder and lightly rubs my arm. I look up and Nico looks at me worried "Hey are you ok, you're really pale and shaky" I nod and I whisper back "Yeah I'm ok, don't worry"

I take his hand and I continue to watch the movie. Nico starts rubbing my hand with his thumb and I calm down slowly.

As the movie ends I rapidly get out of Nicos hold and I whisper "Thank you"

Everyone stares at me and Gael asks me "How was it? Did you like it? Were you scared?" I sigh "I do not like horror movies"

I stand up and I get out of that basement.I walk upstairs and I stumble into Charlie "Sorry. Uhmm Charlie, could you tell the boys they have to leave now?" He nods "Sure"

I walk to my room and I get a book to read. Ugh so many books! Finally I just take one and I exit the house.

I take a blanket with me and I got to my favourite hidden spot in my garden. It's little circle of grass surrounded by trees.

I put the blanket on the grass and I sit down and start reading.
