Madison
I've been hanging out with Harry and his friends more often recently, and seeing my fellow Slytherins less and less.
Obviously I still see them in the common room or in our dorms, but other than that, not so much. I sit with them at the Gryffindor table when I don't get caught, but when I do get caught, I go back and sit with Blaise.
Blaise has been getting less flirty lately, I think him and Pansy have something going on. Not that its my business.
"Jones!" I heard from across the library.
I look up, and theres Harry, looking slightly out of breath like he had been trying to find me for a while.
"WillyougotoHogsmeadewithme?" He jumbled his words looking rather embarrassed.
I laughed. "Like.....a date?" I questioned.
"Um...yeah." he said.
"Of course I will Harry" I replied, smiling.
He looked relieved and sat down next to me.
"I've wanted to ask you that since the second I saw you." He smiled.
I blushed. I will admit, I've had a crush on Harry for a while now. It was almost the end of the year, and this was our last Hogsmeade trip for the year. I'm so glad he asked me.
"We should get to lunch" I said, standing up.
"Yeah" he nodded. He hesitated for a moment, then quickly grabbed my hand.
I was surprised for a moment, but grabbed it back comfortably, walking to the Great Hall together.
Draco
I sat down at the Slytherin table for lunch, grabbing some sandwiches, trying to keep my mind off of her.
I looked up at the entrance waiting for her to walk in, I was planning to ask her to go to Hogsmeade with me.
All of a sudden she walked in.....holding Potter's hand.
She was laughing and leaning against his chest, when they sat down at the Gryffindor table he comfortably wrapped his arm around her waist.
Looking down at my plate, I frowned.
"I'm so stupid." I mumbled.
"No you're not Draco." Pansy said sitting down beside me, hand in Blaise's. They had been dating for a few weeks now, and are going on a date to Hogsmeade this weekend.
"I'm not going to Hogsmeade." I muttered. "Potter already asked her."
Pansy frowned. "Give up then." She suggested.
I snapped up at her, glaring. "Go away Parkinson." I snarled.
She looked taken aback, but wasn't surprised by my outburst.
She got up from the bench and dragged Blaise out of the Great Hall.
Harry
Maddie was breathtaking. Ever since I first saw her I knew she was the one. I didn't even care that she was a Slytherin.
"Butterbeer?" I asked Maddie gesturing towards The Three Broomsticks.
She nodded, grabbing my hand and pulling me into the door. We sat into a booth and ordered two butterbeers, taking about school and our friends and whatnot.
"You look great Maddie." I said, "I'm so glad you're my date tonight." I smiled at her.
She blushed deeply. "Thank you Harry."
I slapped the money owed onto the table, grabbed Maddie's hand, and led her out of The Three Broomsticks.
It was summer, but it was very cloudy and windy today. Maddie rubbed her arms beside me, visibly cold.
I took off my jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders, smiling down at her.
She smiled back. "Thank you." She nodded at me.
"Of course" I replied, squeezing her hand and continuing to walk down the path.
I looked up and there was Malfoy, snogging that Astoria Greengrass girl.
I rolled my eyes, and Maddie tensed up. She quickly looked away from the pair, staring at the ground.
I frowned, noticing how it affected her.
"Will you be my girlfriend Maddie?" I asked quickly wanting to cheer her up.
She snapped her head up, eyes widened in surprise. "Wow ok um..." She snuck a glance at Malfoy once more. Shaking her head to herself she looked up at me smiling brightly.
"Yes"
Draco
I followed her to Hogsmeade. I didn't mean to at first, but I saw them in The Three Broomsticks and couldn't help but keep an eye on them.
I watched them leave, hand in hand.
"She's shivering you idiot can't you see that!" I hissed to myself, angry that he was letting her freeze.
"Spoke too soon." Someone from behind me laughed.
I watched as he slung his coat around her shoulders, before whipping around to see who spoke.
"Astoria!" I smiled at her.
"Hi Draco" she returned the smile.
I gave her a quick friendly hug before stepping back.
I noticed Potter and Maddie walking closer, and panicked, not wanting them to know I was following them.
Astoria noticed, and glanced at me before muttering a quick "trust me" and kissing me. Deeply, might I add.
We pulled apart and I looked up to see Maddie kissing Potter. I scowled.
"What the hell Astoria?!" I asked furrowing my brows.
She laughed, "I was helping you idiot." Shaking her head she waved while walking away.
Maddie
"Yes" I smiled at Harry.
He leaned down, kissing me, one hand on the back of my head and one on my waist.
I kissed back, but opened my eyes when I could feel someone staring at me. Sure enough, Draco was standing no farther than 20 feet away, glaring at us intensely. I broke apart from Harry, giving him a questioning look.

dinner
I sat down next to Harry, leaning my head on his shoulder and grasping his hand tightly with my own. I looked over at the Slytherin table and saw Draco sitting on his own.
I quickly got up. "I'll be right back Harry" I mumbled kissing his cheek quickly before making my way over to Draco.
I sat down next to him. "What's wrong?" I questioned.
He sighed. "You don't know what you do to me Maddie."
I was surprised by that. "Sorry....what?" I questioned.
He let out a shaky breath. Muttering "now or never" to himself, he leaned in and kissed me.

Yay they finally kissed. Now I'm working on the hard part, actually getting them together. Haddie was great while it lasted, but boy oh boy will Draddie be one hell of a ride. Saddle up boys, we're about to take off.
