Hope's POV

Felix's Party.

The most amazing party of the year. Held in his house which has three stories, excluding the attic and basement, four car spaces, a giant pool and hot tub, six bedrooms, four of which are occupied by Felix's mum and dad, younger sister, older brother and Felix himself, five bathrooms, cinema room, huge dining room, separate living room, playroom and one giant kitchen. Achol, other drinks, which are usually spiked, and food are all provided. All of our year attends it, no matter if your somebody, or nobody.

I had to go. Peer pressure gets the best of me sometimes. Even though I didn't want to go to my Ex's party I did. I would get bullied by every person in school if I didn't.

I pulled on a pair of dark blue jeans, a casual white top and my old tattered converse. I pull my hair up into a pony tail and grab my shoulder bag out. Sapphire walks into the room wearing tights under a blue dress. She has her currently purple hair flowing behind her and is holding a silver clutch. She completes the look with a pair of low silver heels.

"Am I going have to carry you out like last time?" I ask her, looking at her heels.

"Nooo." She says and glares at me.

I walk and the door and get into the car. After ten minutes were there. Rachel stops a block away and gives us the talk about staying safe and no drugs or sex. I nod obediently while Sapphire shifts around egar to get out and see Hugo. Once Rachel finishes she practically flies out of the car and down the street to Felix's house.

I sigh and shove my hands in my pockets before making my way down the street to Filex's house. You can hear the music from a block away and  the lawn is already trashed and it's not even eight o'clock. I look towards the window and see a crowded room with bodies dancing to the beat of the music. I continue on to the door. I know there's no point of ringing the bell, the music's to loud to hear anything.

I open the door and walk in slowly. The combination of sweat, perfume, clone and achol mix to make a gag worthy smell. I shut the door behind me and look at the sea of people in front. Good thing I'm not claustrophobic. Around one hundred and sixty boys and girls are here tonight, making it Felix's new record. I grab my bag and hold it tight, as I make my way into the sea of people.

I'm offered strange concoctions by random's I don't know. I make a beeline for the kitchen, knowing that it's one of the few places people will go. I push through the heavy doors and into a restaurant like kitchen. I watch three cooks sweep around the floor, grabbing a few spices here and there, and yelling for a waiter when the foods finished. I pull up a chair and sit in the corner and watch them.

A waiter pushes through the door and runs for cover behind a bench. Felix stumbles in after him. It's obvious he's been drinking but a lot less than usual party standards. By eight o'clock he's usually slurring out his words and falling over. He throws something at the waiter but misses his mark, causing it to shatter upon impact with the floor.

"Your a stupid idiot." He yells. The cooks act as if he isn't there and continue on with their cooking. "Who ever hires a clumsy waiter."

Felix's eyes survey the room. Like a blood hound sniffing around for prey. His eyes lock with mine.

"Hi." He says, pushing a hand through his hair.

"Hi." I say back.

"Thought you wouldn't come."

"Wouldn't miss it for the world." I say sarcastically.

"Your friends here to?" He asks.

"Assume so." I reply. "The kitchen was going to be my first, and only stop."
