"Arina! I told you for the last time….I don't want to do this…" She grabbed the back of my hoodie, dragging me through the forest.

"Aw come on big bro! Be adventurous!"

"I'd rather be dead…" My sister didn't respond, only picked up the pace.

"Damn, you're heavy, at least stop dragging your feet."Finally she let go of me, and I sat down on the ground, pulling my knees up to my chest. It felt kinda childish but hey, do I care?"Now get over here." I was really glad I was wearing shorts.

"Fine." Grumbling the whole time, I stormed over to Arina. Only because if I didn't she would push me down the slope THEN into the water. And I really didn't want that.

"Are you going to swim in that?" She pointed at my sweatshirt, I slipped it off, chucking it at her.

"No, I'm going to drown in it." I growled. Arina only laughed, grabbing my arm. She took a hold of a rope near her, which was hanging from a not-very-sturdy branch up above our heads.

"Still here." The memories brought a small smile to my face, but not for long. Now, while we were alone, Arina would torture me.
"Now, I want you to hold onto this as tightly as you can. Do not let go. Until you're over the water that is. Then you can let go." She pushed me gently toward the rope.

Swallowing, I clung to the filthy thing, squeezing my eyes shut as Arina pulled me back, then let go. Air rushed past me, and I barely heard my sister yell, "You can let go now!"

I dropped too late. Opening my eyes, everything was a blur and I was spinning, I curled up into a ball and tried not to think about what would happen if I hit the ground.

There was a smacking sound, and when I tried to breathe water filled my nose and mouth, making me panic. The blueish green water circled around me, pulling me deeper in. Gasping for some sort of air, the world above me grew darker, and I could feel my eyes closing.

Jorel's PoV

"ARON!" All three of us yelled as we saw him go under without a single movement.

Arina turned and stared at us, her eyes wide. I dropped my stuff, hurtling down the hill with more speed then I thought I had.
The water hit me with a cold blast, but I didn't stop, going under. It was almost impossible to see, but a few lonesome bubbles told me right where Deuce was.

I grabbed at his arm, my heart nearly stopping as I watched his chest.

Nothing.

Absolutely nothing.

Pulling him close to me, I reached the surface gasping for air. Danny and Arina were arguing, and for a second rage flashed through me. He could be dead! And yet you have nothing better to do then sit and yell at each other!Painstakingly I got Aron to breathe again. I have to say, after almost three years, it felt good to have his lips on mine again.

Aron's PoV

I couldn't breathe for a second, water filled my mouth, and I coughed, my eyes tearing up. There was light, and then something dark blocked it.

"A-Aron?" Lips pressed against mine, pushing air into my lungs. I knew that voice. Yet somehow it seemed really faint and blurry.

The darkness faded and the person began yelling at someone else.

"Fuck Arina! You know better than to do that to him! You were supposed to go slow, not shove him in! Now he's probably dead and it's all your fault."

I let the words sink in. I'm dead?

Probably dead? What did that mean?

No. I can't be dead.

Forcing my eyes fully open, I stared up at Jay. He breathed a sigh of relief, hugging me tightly.

"Jay…." I murmured, coughing up a little bit of water.

"Hm?"

"I hate water…."
