I gulped nervously as I pulled into the driveway of his house. I was out a little too late this time, he was going to be pissed. I opened the car door and gently shut it, trying to be sneaky. I walked to the front door and opened it. I could immediately see him on the couch. He looked over and once he spotted me, he glared. I closed the door behind me with a smile. "Hey babe."

"Where were you?"

"I was out with my friends."

It all happened so fast. One minute he was on the couch, the next he was in front of me. Before I could even blink he had slapped me, hard. I was on the wooden floor crying and holding my face. I looked up at him with fear in my (e/c) eyes. "YOU NEED TO LEARN TO BE MORE HONEST WITH ME!" He yelled, his tall frame towering over me. His hazel eyes never breaking contact with mine. It was actually very alarming.

"YOU KNOW I DON'T LIKE LIARS!"

I decided it was probably best to stay quiet. If he heard me cry he would get even more angry.

"HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH YOUR DAMN SILENCE!" Robert yelled kicking me in the stomach. "I KNOW YOU WEREN'T HANGING OUT WITH YOUR LIL FRIENDS! YOU WERE OUT CHEATING ON ME YOU LITTLE SLUT!" Robert fumed.

With each word he kicked me harder, everywhere. I tried not to scream but I couldn't help but let out some yelps. This caused him to kick me harder. Once I coughed up some blood he stopped. "I'm going to bed. You best have my breakfast ready for me in the morning." Robert brushed his dirty blonde hair back and walked away. I weakly tried to get up but my bloodied and bruised body gave out, I blacked out.

I woke up and looked at the clock. It read 2:14 A.M. I quietly groaned as I tried to sit up only to be met it pain. But I was used to it so I ignored it. The beatings, they were breaking me, physically and mentally. I just couldn't take it anymore. I tiptoed into the bedroom and saw him still asleep. I took this opportunity and packed some of my clothes into a small bag.

Once I sure he wasn't going to wake up I snuck out, running in a random direction not caring where I was going. Eventually I found a mountain, and out of curiosity I climbed it. Once I neared the top I found a little cave to rest in. I walked inside to be met with a giant hole in the ground. I walked over to investigate it, but tripped on a vine. I screamed as I fell a long distance and blacked out.

A/N: I know this chapter isn't long but the other chapters are definitely gonna be longer so don't worry.
