The omegas gathered around there alphas den wondering why so many betas were in it 'What had happened why is there so many betas and medicine wolves in there??' They all thought curiously as they were snarled at to back away as the betas carried there Alphas stiff body out of the den.
The omegas backed away in shock as there tails went in between there legs and there ears went back knowing what had happened he might've just been too old.
All the highest ranks in the back gathered around and they had to accept there Alphas fate and all agreed it was time to find somewhere new to stay as it was starting to change seasons and getting colder.
They all followed the highest rank leaving there old leaders cold body behind they had to find food before they continues since all the animals were migrating it was hard to get anything. They had found a few deer that were grazing through a dead field full of orange and tan burnt grass as it was all dead it was an easy kill a female and its 2 Young's they were weak and easy to kill especially with 12 wolves..
They finished and left the small chunks of meat and remains behind for the vultures or cyotes to scavenge and fill up.. They continued there journey at night to find a bigger area to keep there young pups warms for winter.. Not newborns just young pups..
