Being with Michael: Part 1 (Book Two)

Chapter Thirty Five

Michael and the family finish performing and he throws a kiss out to the audience before running backstage.

He doesn't even change out of his outfit, he goes straight to his car.

The whole family flocks to the hospital and when they get there, there are already reporters and paparazzi outside.

They heard Michael say Paige was awake and rushed to get good footage.

Michael's security guards and his brothers all try to clear a path for him, but it's still difficult to make their way through.

Over all the shouting and cheering, Michael hears a question pop out, "Michael, how are you feeling right now? Your wife hasn't been awake for over a month!"

Michael turns his head the direction he heard it from and replies, "I can't wait to see her! I can't wait to see her again!"

Then he finishes pushing his way through and they make it into the hospital.

Michael begins running to the sector where Paige is at with his family running behind him, looking like a scene from a movie with them all still in their performance attire.

They stop right outside the door and Michael pauses to take a breath.

Everyone pats him on the back for support.

He looks back at his family and they all give him a smile and a nod telling him to move along.

Michael turns to the door, takes a deep breath, and walks in.
