Life is fine I guess. I have a comfy home, girlfriend, gaming, Youtube...

It's better than nothing. Moving in was quite harder than I thought. Boxes and stuff. David helped me with some boxes, and then we processed playing video games for hours.

I now live in a little apartment, which is a great start after leaving my foster family. The entire apartment is quite quiet though, I don't see many people living here, but its kinda peaceful and I enjoy it.

After David left, I heard someone rang the doorbell. Did David left something here?

I opened my door just to find an old notebook laying on the floor, with a note on top of it with my name. Neighbour welcome gifts? I have no clue.

I took the book and shut my door. Sitting down on my couch, I continue to read the notebook. The cover was made of something I've never seen before, it looks like leather but it felt like silk.

I opened the book. There were weird symbols and below those symbols were written:"The Property Of Martin Galaxy."

The name doesn't ring a bell. I continue reading. It was a journal, but it was like a "fictional" type of journal with all the "spells" and weird unknown planet name. Maybe an author?

I searched online for an author named "Martin Galaxy"but there isn't any author with that name. Maybe someone with interest of writing wrote this for fun from one of my neighbourhood.

Until I flipped one page. A small little red hologram-like thing pop out of the book. I threw it on the floor. It projected a big hologram map out. I looked at the book. There wasn'tanything sticked on the page. Just a normal page, with a freaking hologram out of nowhere.

I slowly approach and touch the hologram thing. It clicked on a planet and zoomed in. I jumped backwards when it did that. There were symbols like the ones in the front page of the book, labelled on some places in the map. Heck, there's even "translate to English" button on the bottom left. But it doesn't work for some entries for some reason.

I pressed the button and all those symbol change to English. The map looked like a four angle star. There were places like, "The Rosy Mountain", "The Crystal Forest", "The Main Mountain", etc. The place was labelled "Home".

This isn't any normal neighbour writing. I know it isn't. And I can't explain what it is. I have so many questions, who left this, who owned this, most importantly where this came from.

I stopped reading and immediately called David. Its really hard to explain because this book ain't just any normal book, its some Hogwarts "magical" books.

"Pierce are you pranking me," he said sarcastically in the phone.

"Trust me I'm serious!"

"How high are you Pierce?"

"6'3. Now please come David," I hung up the phone.

I tried to take a photo of the hologram, but everytime when the hologram is opened, my camera doesn't work. I hope David is on his way.

David bursted opened the door when I was exploring the hologram. He rubbed his eyes.

"See?"I told him.

"Is there something in the air making us seeing things?" David said, shocked.

"No David this isn't 'Sherlock'."

I closed the door behind him.

"So did you borrow his book from Hogwarts or-"

"It was left in my doorstep. Someone rang my bell and I opened the door to this. Plus, its a journal by some guy named 'Martin Galaxy'," I told him as he sat down on the couch.

"That is, quite an awesome sir name, not gonna lie," he said, looking at the first page. "Hey, Pierce what are these?"

He pointed at the weird symbols. I shrugged:"Maybe we'll crack it in the future."

"What are all these places? Capital Galaxy, Maloriqn, Neoligorld???" He asked as he reads the journal.

"I don't know, but i suspected Neoligorld is 'neon', 'light', and 'world' combine together."

"You're pretty good at deduction," David said, impressed.

"Still learning," I said, making tea. "Want one tea?"

"Hell yes."

We continued reading the pages and it got, weirder.

"Wait what-" David threw the book on the floor and a portal opened. We look at each other.

"David are you a wizard?" I asked.

"That book did it I swear! None of my family have magical blood flowing in their veins!"

The portal lead to a little place with a lot of mysterious looking objects.

After a few pages a big glowing ball flew out.

"HOLY HEC-" We both flipped out and ran behind the couch. The glowing thing rolled and stopped on the carpet.

"WHAT ON EARTH?!"David flipped out.

The more pages we go through, the more weird pages we get. We finally finished the book at 9pm and shut it closed.

"I think you should handle it to the police-"

"You tried throwing the book out and it keeps teleporting to my doorstep; how is that gonna work," I lay down on my couch, tired.

"So basically, this 'Martin' dude is not a human,'
"Hhhmmm,"
"Went to places we never knew,"
"Yyyeesss,"
"And has magical things in his notebook, including that glowing ball that when only you touch it turns red,"
"Yeahhh,"
"And has a family, one wife, two sons, one daughter. One son got sent to earth because of some 'dark magic' and the other two later on for their safety,"
"Yes you got it David."

We both stared at the book.

"The children names are all in that weird symbols we can try cracking though," I said. "Maybe tomorrow."

"I better get going," David said.

"Drive well! And don't tell anyone!"

"Pierce, I can't even trust my own vision what I saw today in that notebook. How is people gonna believe what I say?"

"Ok. Night." I said. He closed my door and I turned on my television, my eyes still fixed on that journal.

Those symbols looks fimiliar.
