Millie ~~ 1 year later

I place the necklace around my neck sighing. I look in the mirror straightning my dress and looking to see if anything was missing on me

I let out a small 'oh' as I realize I needed a bit more lipstick

I lower my arm grabbing the Cherry Bomb Latte lipstick (fake lol) as something catches my eye-
Finns picture. It was of us. Before he died, long before he died, we were both so happy that day

I stare at the picture longer. How I would do anything, just to have a longer time with him

My phone rings snapping me out of my trance. I smile as I see who it was

I bring the phone up to my ear greeting my boyfriend Adam

"Hey babe" I say applying the lipstick

"Ready? I'm outside!"

"Great! Coming down now"

"This wedding is gonna be the bomb. For a gay relationship at least"

"Hey, could you not?" I say grabbing my purse

"What?! The best weddings are from straight people!"

I roll my eyes. I knew Adam was a great guy even if he was homophobic

"Yeah, well Sadie's my friend. My best friend in fact" I say locking the door and walking up to Adams car. I hang up

"Whatever you say babe" he says planting a kiss on my lips once inside. One thing different from what Finn did. He would give me kisses on the forehead

They were warm and comforting. And when I ask him why he would say the same thing,  'cause I love you' and just give me one more

I smile at the thought. The thought of Finn. The thought of us

"Excited?" Adam asks in suspicion

I snap my head facing him

"Y-yeah, to-totally. This is gonna be so much fun" I stutter

He nods

So much fun!1!1

~~ 4 hours later

"Whoo! Millie c'mon!! Let's have more fun" Sadie yells grabbing another bottle of beer

"Sadie! You got married 3 hours ago! C'mon party's over"

I grab Sophia, which is now Mrs. Sink, who was also halfway passed out from all the drinks

"Hey Mrs. Sink" Sadie says seductively

They bring each other close as they start making out

"Uh, guys, I'm right here!"

I see and tounge and almost barf, I break them up "Nope, let's go"

"Where are we going?" Sophia asks slurring her words

"Downstairs! So I can get you two into bed"

Sadie and Sophia booked a hotel for the night, which is there special night. I decided to take them to the bottom floor where they'll be safer.

"Hey babe ready to go?" Adam asks ready to go

"No I have to bring them downstairs" I say as I start to continue walking

"C'mon babe. Just leave them. They can find there way downstairs on their own"

"They're wasted! I'm not gonna leave them here and let find there way on there own"

(Millie is such a good friend I can't!!)

"Fine, fine. I'll be waiting for you" he says walking away

"Why are you with that jerk?!" Sadie exclaims as I push them lightly into the elevator figuring it would be safer

"Because, I like him. I really really like him"

"But you don't love him" Sadie says

"Sure I do" I say scoffing pressing the lowest number on the elevator

"Millie. You know love. You had it with Finn"

"Yeah well Finn is dead" I say as the elevator slides open with a small ring

"But you love him" Sadie continues. I pick them up slinging there arm around each side of my shoulders. "Loved" I say walking them down the short hallway and opening the door

"I loved Finn"

They let me go and run towards the bed exhaustedly

"Have a great night Sinks"

"Bye Millie, and thanks"

"No problem" I say as I put a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. God knows what they'll do once I'm gone

I continue walking and get inside the elevator waiting to get back onto the 3rd floor

I think about my conversation with Sadie, what if I don't love Adam?

What am I talking about? Of course I love him

The bell rings as the elevator doors slide open and I step out. As soon as I step out I'm super squished as I do my best to make way through the crowded party

I finally spot Adam talking to a girl. I walk closer and realise she looked familiar. I ignore it and wave him over. He tells the girl something and she walks away while he comes up to me

"Finally. I almost bought another girl home" he says laughing but I stay straight faced

"C'mon babe, I was joking"

"I know" I say nodding

Just joking...

We finally make it inside my apartment and I was exhausted!

I walk up to my dresser and start unzipping my dress

"Need help?" Adam whispers in my ear, his hands wrapping around my waist. ''Nope" I reply. I grab a ramdom T-Shirt putting it on and a pair of joggers to get comfy. "Do you really need those?" Adam asks trying to pull up my undershirt. "Yes! I'm extremely exhausted"

"C'mon. We'll go to sleep right after" "No thanks. I wanna go to sleep now" I say hopping into bed

"We've been dating for 9 months!" He says like it's hysterical

"Don't you think it's time to lose your stupid virginity!?"

"I will. When the times right" I say

"Well then you can pleasure me?" He says pointing down to where the sun doesn't shine

"Adam! No!"

"Whatever. I'm going home"

"Adam?!" Ugh, this always happens

"Will you at least-"

Slam!

"Call me!" I finish my sentence which was no use cause he already slammed the door in my face. I sigh as I start to get comfortable. Which was also no use cause I wasn't sleepy anymore

Why couldn't Adam just understand?

All of a sudden my phone let's out a ding! And I grab it thinking Adam has come to some senses and apologize, which was a stupid thing to think cause I'm always the one to apologize.

But just as I suspected.. it wasn't Adam... It was Finn?
