9 and up

________Olivias P.O.V_________

       My tiered 9 year old eyes wake up from the darkness. I look around and find I'm in the woods. I look at myself or what i can see and I see my dress all blackened and dirty.

Then i remember the tragic past.

My brother's are dead, Justice is dead, Katrina was captured and i was saved.

I was now balling My eyes out.

How will i survive without a caring family?

Then reality returned.

Who saved me?

I wiped my tears off and stood up.

I looked around and started to walk.

I walked for what seemed hours, Until i spotted some thing.

It was a village.

I ran as fast as i could screaming help!

When someone saw me they rushed towards me and asked normal questions.

They then took me inside and i have been growing up with them for 5 years.

Now i am 14 and I'm doing my usual chores.

I milked the cows, Harvested some wheat, hanged the clothes and washed the dishes.

Like any other day.

Only this day was the anniversary or my brother's death.

So at sun set when everyone else got ready for bed.

I snuck out and ran into the forest.

I ran and ran and ran until i could get as close to the sun as i could.

When i new i was close enough i climbed the nearest tree just as the sun could not be seen. I went all the way to the top of this very tall tree. I put my hand out to try and reach for the ball of light.

As the sun went down my hand went down and tears started to fall.

I didn't dare to make a noise for the forest was very dangerous at night.

I just sat on the tree branch letting all my emotions come out.

I then whispered.

"We will be together again"

I stayed on that tree longer then i thought.

I finally agreed with myself that it was time to go.

I made my way down the tree and started walking.

Then out of the blue i hear banging and the sound of dunks Coming my way.

I see People and dogs.

They spot me so i try to make a break for it.

One of there dogs has stopped me.

I turn to face them and they are holding knifes.

"What you doin out so late girly" the southern accent man asks me.

I don't respond so he takes a step forward and i take one back.

We continue to do this until I'm agents a tree.

He holds the knife up to my neck.

I declared myself defeated at this point.

I closed my eyes and waited for the death.

But it never happened.

I open my eyes to find nothing at all.

like nothing ever happened.

I push myself off the tree and look around.

I then make a run for it towards the village.

What just happened?

The next day i wake up and do my chores.

As I'm hanging up the clothes i see a figure out of the corner of my eye.

I look towards the forest where the figure was and i see no one.

curiosity took over and i started to walk closer to the forests.

I was inches away until my name was called.

I rush back and continue my chores.

Later during the day around night fall. I get out of my cottage and go to the exact place i saw the figure. Me being idiotic call out.

"Hello....?"

I get no reply so i go to make my way back.

I turn around and find a man in a leather jacket.

I look to his face and meet his blue eyes.

"Hello, Olivia Salvatore" his British voice spoke

"Nikky?" i say surprised

"At your service" Nik said then he looked me up in down.

"I never found you for village work" he continued

"Well i used to live in a mansion" i say sadly

"You could again" he says

"how?" i ask

"If you come with me of course" he suggests

"I barely even know you, Your a complete stranger to me" i say

"As you are to me but that didn't stop me from saving you" he says

I then pause

"Your the one who saved me" i conclude

"yes and the least you could do me is come with me" he said

he puts out his hand and i take it.

"Yes" i say with a small smile appearing on my lips.

Little did i know that i would be spending a lot if time with this man, And in a couple of years i will spend eternity with him.
