A Darkness Lives On

After Krux and Acronix go back in time and change reality an old foe returns to destroy Ninjago. Darkness has flown over the city and its up to the ninja to save Ninjago from the darkness.

Darkness looms over the city sending warrior after warrior to stop the ninja. "Kai, where's Lloyd?" asks Jay in a worrying voice. "I don't know, I thought he was supposed to be the master" answers Kai in a stern voice."Will you two stop, we should be focusing on the task at hand" orders Cole as he bat's away the dark demons with his scythe. Their dark scales shielding them from every shot "and who made you the boss Cole? " asks Kai in a angry voice.

Cole: "no one but someone has to take charge" he responds in a serious voice.

Zane :"Everybody take cover, I am rerouting all of my power to my chest" he commands just before lightning bolts fly out from every direction of his chest, knocking all the dark demons to the floor.

Kai :"thanks for that Zane now we can find Lloyd" he says as he glances at Cole.

Lloyd walks into the the office cautiously only to see a room of tech that seemed to be working on its own. On top of the operating board is a piece of paper with a sketch of Lloyd in his golden suit being held down by his father..... Lord..... Garmadon! "What's wrong Lloyd?" chuckles an automated voice, "w.. w.. who are you?" asks Lloyd fumbling over his words. "He is your doom" answers the half cyborg stepping out of the shadows. He looked familiar to Lloyd but he couldn't place it.

"Lloyd is everything okay or do you want me to wait a minute before I kill you" chuckles the half cyborg.
Lloyd's hunched over trying to grasp what's going on at the moment. He stands straight up glares at the half cyborg and growls "bring it on tin can". Lloyd rushes at him before being startled by a red hot flame that forced Lloyd back, he feels his mask knowing a piece of it was burned away. Lloyd throws a punch and grabs his mechanical fire gauntlet applying fierce pressure trying to crush it but was swept off his feet and knocked to the ground by the half cyborg. The half cyborg grabbed Lloyd's neck and growled the words "remember my name it is MelaMech" before disappearing into the thick smokey air.

The bottom of the building starts to crack and fall to the floor with. Lloyd gets to his feet and stumbles around the room. "Don't worry we've got you buddy" calms Jay as the ninja start to enter the room. They help Lloyd out and head back to the temple of airjitzu. " Your lucky we got out of there" Kai tells Lloyd in a confident voice. The ninja look confused when they see Ronin in the training.

"Oh hi guys I didn't see ye there" greets Ronin in a cheerful voice. "I thought he needed a bit of training" chuckles Sensei Yang. "Ahhh.. Cole, I thought you said there was no ghosts?" asks Jay in a frightening voice. "Yang.... what are you doing here?" growls Cole. "Oh well Ronin found me so I decided  to sharpen his skills" responds Yang in a joyful voice. "He could really teach ye a thing or two about being a ninja, he could also be your new Sensei now that Wu is gone. All the ninjas suddenly start to shout but are cut off by Lloyd as he steps forward and tells Sensei Yang" show us what you've got".

Lloyd looks Yang dead in the eye before asking " what's your deal and why do you want to be our sensei now of all times?" asks Lloyd trying to reveal the truth. Yang takes a heavy gulp before looking directly at Lloyd, his ghostly eyes shining in the dim light." I know who your up against and you guys are going to need all the help you can get "chuckles Yang smirking at the ninja trying to lighten the mood.

Lloyd signals for the ninja to leave and takes a seat to have a proper chat with Yang takes the seat opposite Lloyd and takes a deep breath before coughing and looking at Lloyd with his pure see through green ghostly eyes.
