Y/N's POV~

Phone Call - Mid

"I'm sorry," he said from the other end.

"Why? What's Wrong?" I gasped worriedly tightly gripping onto my phone.

"I won't be able to pick you up at the airport."

I leaned back onto my seat.

"Oh," I said, feeling a bit let down. I thought we were finally starting to settle things with each other. Only that it seemed to be getting worse.

"Y/N?" I didn't talk for a few seconds.

"I wish you good luck with your girlfriend, then," I said. I wasn't jealous, but I don't know why he ever needed me when he had...someone else.

"I didn't say I was..," he started. "Are you mad?"

"No. Why would I?" I asked back.

"Because you're my wife." I shrugged.

Not like you give much importance to it. Why was he suddenly acting polite, anyway?

" You're acting very husbandly," I said.

"My hyungs will be there. And Jisoo unnie," he continued, ignoring me.

"I think that would be better than you coming," I shot. There was a long pause.

"You should sleep, I don't want you tired when you reach here in a few hours. Love you," my husband said. The last two words very faint.

"Who exactly are you, Jeon Jungkook?" I asked a bit struck by what he said, but at the same time wanting to laugh. There was no response, just a beeping sound from my phone. I withdrew it puzzled at what I was doing.

"Was that your husband?" a feminine voice spoke. I turned to my right as I faced one of the employees from the company I was working with, staring at me. I laughed a bit.

"Oh. No. I'm not married." She looked at me confused.

"But I just heard you talking to him on the phone,...a few seconds ago," she argued.

I was talking to someone?

I shook my head.

"I don't remember."
