Gather around, we shall talk
Of a monster, with a face like chalk
It was halloween, we can tell
From door to door, ringing a bell
A young boy, tommy blue
In a ghost costume, saying boo
Small he was, walking alone
Late at night, he should've had a phone
The house on the corner, untold
That this house, had a evil behold
He knocked, dust flew in the air
He coughed, but didn't care
It was late, no time to play
He was scared, wishing it was day
The door opened, a man stood tall
With a black mask, left tommy in awe
He said,"have candy"
Tommy thought, this was dandy
But the man, boy he was scary
His pale hands, and eye like cherry
Took off his mask, pale face he had
With no mouth, oh it was bad
He had a mouth, teeth so frightening
It looked like, it was meant for biting
Tommy ran away, throwing his treat
The man behind, maybe he will be beat
The next morning, his parents search
No where to be found, there hearts hurt
There they found him, on a dirt path
He stood there, in a blood bath
He laid there, eyes cold stare
But the house patch, wasn't there
So the body, they did find
But also, the house was in the boys mind
