*TAYLOR'S POV*

"Good morning." Green eyes met mine as I slowly woke up.

"Hey..." Bleary-eyed, I raised my hand to my face.

Sunlight flooded to windows that surrounded us, filling the small room with light. Sitting up, the movie paused on the screen, an action shot of Spiderman himself, brought it all rushing back to me; my dad, Michael and Calum turning up and semi-abducting me; all leading up to falling asleep in the room we were in now, snuggled up to the protection of Michael's warm chest.

"Ugh, I need to go back. My dad's going to be so mad, if he's even awake yet with the hangover he must have." I groaned as I thought of it; though that was more to do with leaving the comfort of the security that Michael provided, than anything else.

Michael tensed from where he still lay behind where I was sat, on the edge of the couch.

"What? You can't go back there Taylor, it's not safe." He pleaded with me, worry in his voice.

"I have to. Much as I'd like to, I can't just stay here with you guys forever can I? That wouldn't be fair on you." Plus, I really needed my to take all my stress out on something and in the rush to leave, I'd left my blades at the house.

"Why not?" Stubbonly, Michael refused to budge. "I wouldn't mind, as long as you're safe." The softly muttered words were barely audiable, but I heard.

I didn't understand Michael's unwavering desire to make sure I was safe. He'd only officially met me two days ago, and had only been talking to me for just over a week before that. I was nothing special; I was even less than normal, I was a mess. I deserved everything my dad sent my way.

"I just can't Michael. I'm sorry."

He nodded slowly, sadness seeming to show in his eyes; not that I knew why, I didn't matter did I?

"Is there anywhere else you can go?" He asked softly. "I just want to make sure you're ok."

"Erm," I thought through it quickly. "I suppose I could go to Tia's... I need to talk to her anyway." Panic leapt through me as I thought of having to confront Tia, but I knew it was the only way Michael would let me go.

"Ok, I'll drop you off after breakfast, but, only on the condition that you don't go home. It's not safe Taylor." He stared right into my eyes, willing me to promise him.

"I promise." Crossing my fingers behind my back, I looked back at him.

A/N Ok, so this was just a filler, sorry it's so short and bad, but I'll update again soon I promise.
