What do you do when you don't want to live anymore but you want to stay alive for your family's sake.
What do you do when your life sucks so much you just internally scream (because there's people around) and then shut down but you aren't allowed to show weakness.
What do you do when you used to do so well in school but now your grades are in the toilet because of your mental illness and trying to keep your demons at bay but not wanting to disappoint your parents because they have such high expectations for you.
What do you do when you can literally see your life falling apart infront your eyes but you can't do anything about it because it feels like you're mentally paralysed.
What do you do when you have friends but you feel like they aren't even aware of your presence, it's like you're right there talking to them and you realize that they're not listening to a word you're saying so you stop talking and they doesn't even notice or when you're walking with your friends and you physically feel so excluded so you kinda stray away from them and go by yourself and they doesn't even notice.
What do you do when you feel invisible.
What do you do when you want to cut all over but you also don't want people to see the cuts and question you about them.
What do you do when you literally feel like you can't breathe and an anxiety attack is coming on but you're in public and you don't want to draw people's attention.
What do you do when you just wanna be by yourself but your family is all up in your business and it irritates you but if you get angry at them you will get in trouble.
What do you do when you don't want the life you're living.
What do you do when you wish you weren't even born.
What do you do when you try so hard to concentrate in class but your mind just goes blank but you need to pay attention else you'll fail the class but nope your mind is still blank like you can't even hear anything and you just stare into space like you're frozen in time cuz it's probably your body's coping mechanism for all the stress it's under.
What do you do are trying not to be self destructive but it's all you can think about.
