"Family meeting" I yelled as I walked in the house
Kayden was having a spa day with Ali and Tata so this was the only time I was going to have to inform everyone that I was taking their mother on a trip
I needed it to be a surprise for Kayden because she was always on alert so I didn't need any red flags sending her off.
I was gonna tell the kids it was a romantic get away cause they didn't need to know that it was actually a trip to keep their mother alive. Our anniversary was coming up so it helped this whole occasion out
"Don't you think we're too old for family meetings?" Royalty said as she rolled her eyes
"If that's the case then ya'll too old to receive allowance too" I smirked as her face got serious
"Never mind" She smiled taking a seat

"I'm here" Leah said busting through the door running to take a seat

"Ight so this shit must be serious if you calling all the kids in" BJ said while holding jis daughter Jade in his lap.
"Nah it's none serious but it's just some that ya'll need to know" I looked around seeing that the only one missing was KJ "Where's KJ?" I asked
"Somewhere fucking one of his baby mamas" AJ said and everyone laughed
I swear that boy isn't gonna learn until he catches some.
"I guess I'll just talk to him later. So anyways I wanted to tell everyone that im taking your mother on a surprise trip for our anniversary"
"Ouu where you taking her?" Leah asked
"I'm taking her to Greece. She's always wanted to go there but for some reason hasn't had the chance to so I'm taking her" I told them
"So basically all I'm really hearing is we're parent free" BJ rubbed his hands together
"I wish ya'll niggas would think ya'll about to act a damn fool while we're gone. Trust me ya'll ain't too old to be shipped off to boot camp" I told them instantly shutting them up
"Don't worry we'll keep a eye on them ain't that right baby" Kristin said as she looked at Calvin

I just laughed because I knew it was true. Everyone in this house hold respected Calvin regardless of age. Shit he even be beating KJ's ass from time to time
