Instead of letters, I think maybe emails and asking questions would probably be easier.
So yes, ask any country a question, and they'll be sure to answer it. Any questions asked will get a prompt answer. Letter writing is so much slower than the internet I must admit.
You can also give them dares, which I will make sure they do.
Any country, and counties and states may be added if they co-operate. As with before I'll inform you before any actually decide to join in the answering of questions.
