Finally after many weeks of rehab I got to go home. The moment I walked through the door to our house my lovable Rottweiler, Coffee jumped on me. Obviously since I could not see Coffee I totally got knocked over. "Hey boy" I said to Coffee " did you miss me"
I was answered with a big slobbery kiss on my face. " I guess so" I laughed.
"Come on honey" my mom said " let's get you to your room." She helped me stand up and walked with me to my room. Immediately I heard Coffee jump on my bed.
"Coffee, get of Emma's bed" my mom reprimanded.
"Hey Emma do you want anything to eat?" my Dad asked (he is a chef)
" Yeah, I guess I will have a PBJ" I requested.
" Aw good choice" he answered. A few minutes later my dad came back with my sandwich.
"Thank you" I said. I heard breathing.
"You know you don't have to wait on me hand and foot" I said. The breathing dimmed, so I guess my parents left, I could still hear Coffee panting though.
" Hey, Coffee" I said " your lucky, you don't have a care in the world. You are just living in a happy dog world. I wish I was like you."
He belched.
" Good talk." I said.
