Vic's POV

"Valerie and Jayne Hayes." We all stood. "Blood relatives only please." I watched in envy as Damion and Ms. Hayes were lead into the room that held the girl I love. A half an hour later, Damion came out with his mother, and Taylor rushed to his side. Ms. Hayes was crumpled against him, weeping into her hands. Damion looked like he was a little relieved, but tired.

"Yeah guys, I'm going to take my mom home. You can go see them now." We all rushed up at the chance to see them but Damion called out.

"Fuentes, you wait." Both me and my brother stopped in our tracks and he handed his mother over to Taylor who took her out the room. The look on his face wasn't happy when he walked over to us.

"Look, I don't know what the hell happened but I feel like it has something to do with you two. They won't tell me what went down but you certainly need to fucking fix it. Both of you." His death stare was serious and for a second, I actually thought his eyes were going to kill me. He left the hospital and we found the room with Valerie and Jayne in it. They were in a room together and Jayne was laying on her side, wanting to be left alone, while Valerie sat up in her bed with an empty look on her face. Her expression changed with a mix of emotions when she saw me. I cleared my throat from the back of the room.

"I'm sorry, and I know you all just got here, but can I talk to Val alone?" There were a few sighs and groans but everyone cleared the room, except Mike. He sat by Jayne's bed and waited for her to 'wake up.'

"Valerie, what happened?" I didn't want to sit with the girl who cheated on me so I stood at the foot of her bed. My eyes found her wrists, which were wrapped up pretty high, and I felt a little bad. Damion was right. This probably had everything to do with me.

"Vic, I can explain, I-" She was about to go on to explain herself cheating on me with Dean but I still didn't want to hear it.

"No, not with that. Why did you cut yourself?"

"Because you left me over a false accusation." Her attitude toward me was a little more grim and I got confused.

"What false accusation? You and Dean were making out on the wall."

"No, Dean was harassing me on the wall. Dean kissed me and I hated it. He's been bothering me since Wednesday and the only reason I didn't tell you is that I wanted to keep peace. When you just left me there, I guess I lost it and then I saw Jayne cutting herself, and it pushed me over the edge." She looked down at her bed sheet in shame but for some reason, I just wasn't ready to trust and believe her again. I walked out the room, and pulled Jaime and Tony back in with me.

"Dean was harassing her?" They nodded hesitantly as if they didn't know if they should tell me such confidential information. I immediately felt like an idiot and rushed over to pull my girlfriend in for a hug.

"Shit, Val. I'm sorry, I had no idea. I don't know why I jumped to such a big conclusion. I love you, please forgive me." My speech was desperate and rushed and I felt awful.

"Vic, it's fine. I get it, everyone panics. She slipped her hands down my arms and onto my wrists where she toyed with my bracelets suspiciously. After a minute, she parted a few and exposed the fresh cuts that lay underneath. My breathing hitched and she sighed.

"I know why you did this but, please, stop. It hurts to see." She held my hand in her hands and pleaded with her eyes. Mine stared back into hers and I didn't want to make a promise I knew I couldn't keep, but I didn't want to let her down. Luckily, everyone busted back into the room. We all chatted for a little until Jaime slipped away. He came back and said we were all clear to see Belle.
