There are zones where magic is disabled. In these zones everyone will be a bit more sluggish and tired due to their magic being stopped.
Magic has its own laws as well. With the more dangerous types of magic (ex: Fire)a seal is put on the user. The seal prevents the user to use a more powerful forms of their magic.

There are hybrids in this world. They are super rare. 1 hybrid= 500 million people. They are usually born into rich familys where they are kept like a treasure.
The time for this story is before awnser. In this book they are taking a break before releasing awnser.
