Rose POV:

I can't explain how much freedom I've received in just a few hours. Sleeping and eating were the least of my worries. I can finally leave this horrid nightmare called home. How haven't I think of this in years?

When I realized that I was deep inside the woods, I started to slow down and stopped by a tree so I can catch my breath. I looked around me, but I can only see darkness. The only bright light was coming from the moon that outlines the shape of the trees. I smile to myself, and then I let out a laugh.

I never felt so free, so... alive. I can finally move on and leave this town for good. No one in this town will know that I am gone. No one cares that I had left. I lean against the tree, taking in the fresh, cool air. My head and chest are still throbbing from the fall.

I took in another deep breath, filling my lungs with the freezing night air. I leaned away from the tree and started to walk down the hill. I keep on hitting myself against the rocks and sticks that were hard to see on the ground. I could feel blood coming out of my bare feet, making them start throbbing and swelling, but I don't care.

I continued to walk down the hill, looking around the starry sky. I glanced at the trees ahead of me, at the corner of my eye I saw smoke, lower down the hill. I snapped my head towards that direction and my eyes went wide.

I jogged towards the smoke, I tripped as I ran down the steep hill. I grunted as I landed on my stomach. I rushed to stand back on my, not bothering to wipe off the dirt of my clothes.

As I finally reached the bottom of the hill, I dived down so I was on my stomach. I saw two cars, that were completely destroyed. I gasped, I sprinted up my feet and rushed towards them.

I looked in front of the cars to see if there was anyone there. In a red car, a man was hanging from his seatbelt, with his eyes wide open. Dead. I felt my stomach getting upset, so I covered my mouth and I quickly looked away. I ran to the car inside the ditch, to see if anyone was alive.

I was close enough to see a person, breathing. I screamed and fell on the ground. I panted in amazement. I crawled over and tried to reach the body, but the car was too hot. "Ouch," I muttered as the heat burned my hand. I shook my hand, trying to cool it.

So what the car is hot. I need to save this person.

I went back to the car and reached for their hand. When I finally got it, their pulse was starting to slow down. With all my force, I pulled the person out, their body falling to the ground with a loud thud.

I grunted as I pulled their heavy body far away from the car as possible. I screamed as the glass suddenly popped; making the small pieces of glass flying around due to the intense heat.

I turned my head the other direction, trying to protect my face. I squinted and coughed loudly. It was hard to see and breathe with all the smoke.

When I pulled the person far away from the car as possible, I turned the body to see if she or he is alive. When I turned the body face-up, I screamed, "Oh my god!!"

The person laying there was Justin... Justin Bieber got in the accident. Could he have died from this accident?

Good! He deserves to be dead! Look at all the things he did to you!

I scrambled up to my feet and started to walk away. After a few feet away from him, I stopped. I bit my lip and turned my head towards him. "Keep on moving, Rose. Just keep on moving..." I shake my head and went back to walking towards the woods.

But my conscience won this battle. "Uggggh!" I groaned, throwing my hands up in the air, jogging up to him. I bent down next to him, taking his pulse. It was dropping by each second. Making sure, I rested my head against his chest.

I felt light rising and falling. I sighed in relief. I went through his pockets, looking for his phone. As I reached for his back pocket, I didn't realize how close I was to his face. He looked like he was in pain ... yet peaceful. I smiled as I looked at him.

Why are you smiling?! He made your life like hell for 4 years!

I shook my head and reached for his pocket again, trying to ignore how close we were. But, his light breathing makes me realize again how close my face was to his. I quickly rammed through his back pockets and front pocket trying to find his phone, but all I could find was his wallet. I groaned and put the leather wallet back inside his back pocket.

I stood up and walked back to the car. I bit my lip as I stepped over the broken glass. I went down on all fours and crawled inside. The heat was touching my skin, I bit on my lip harder, trying not to scream. I found his phone on the bottom of the car. When I grabbed it, I quickly scoot away from the burning car. I dialed 9-1-1 and waited for someone to pick up.

Come on please... someone, please pick up.

Then the phone beeps. I looked at the cracked screen.

NO CONNECTION

Why! Stupid phone!

I threw the phone onto the ground. I began to panic. I ran my hands through my hair, making a fist. Then I saw headlights from a car, shining against my eyes. I ran as close as I could, waving my arms, screaming, "Hey! Over here!"

I caught the driver's attention, they raced over, turning towards our direction, slowly stopping in front of me.

"Are you alright?" An old lady asked while rolling down her window. She stared at the damage all around behind me. I jogged over to the window and bent down so we were on eye level.

"Yes, I'm alright. It's just that I saw smoke while I was walking. So I went down the hill to see what it was. And I saw that it was a car accident." I explained.

"Oh my! Is everyone alright?" She asked, panicked.

"One of them is still breathing, I'll give you that. The other one is dead. Can you take him to the hospital?" I asked. I know it's rude not going as well. It's just that I don't want him making fun of me once he wakes up from the hospital.

"You don't want to go too, sweetheart?" She asked.

I shake my head. "No, no thank you. I'm alright. I can walk."

"Are you sure?" The old lady asked in a concerned tone.

I nod, giving her a reassuring smile. "Yes." I jogged up to Justin and tried to pick him up. I put his arm; which was covered in millions of tiny cuts, over my neck. I wrapped my arm around his waist and limped over to the lady's car.

She hopped out of her car and walked to open the back door. I removed his arm from me, placing his head inside first. I removed my arm from his waist, and moved it to his abdomen, I blushed when I felt his abs under my fingertips.

I cleared my throat, quickly removing my hand from there. I bent down my head inside the car, picked up his head, and scooted it farther back so I fit in the rest of his body.

Once his head hit the other end of the car door, I shoved in his long legs and big feet inside next. Then I slammed the door shut and walked back a few feet.

"Thank you," I said, as I started to walk away.

"No, problem sweetie." She jogged to the front and drove off. I watched as the car drove off. I sighed and ran my hands on my face. I should of went as well. To see if he is going to be alright. I turned around and continued to walk.

Turning away and never looking back.
