She stood there, tears rolling down her eyes, crying "goodbye" to the coffins. Her parents had passed away a couple of hours ago. Her happiness other than her brothers were taken away. Her brothers didn't know what to think or say after all they were only ten and she was thirteen. Juniper cried for minutes until she realized crying won't bring her parents back to life.
A bright yellow colored car arrived at the graveyard. A tall, shady man stepped out of the car. It was Mr. Grunger grunt. He approached Juniper. " I am sorry Ms.Demetrius, I am really sorry. As your parents' secretary I am supposed to drop you at your aunt's. You will be living with her for a couple of weeks " said Mr.Grunger. "What about Zenith and Neptis? where will they live?" inquired Juniper who was little too concerned about her brothers. "They will live with you" said Mr.Grunger who sounded a bit annoyed.
They got home, packed their clothes, waved goodbye and left. After a while of traveling, a drop of tear, just one, rolled out of Juniper's eyes. After all who would have thought that three innocent kids would lose their parents in a brutal car crash.
It was a three-hour long drive. The car stopped in front of a yellow and red colored house. It was as if the car had camouflaged with the house. Out came a young lady, probably in her 20's. She was fairly tall with a striking appearance. She had a kind and a maternal aura about her. "Hello, children..yay! I am really excited!" she said with her honey-like sweet voice. " I am Myra!" said the excited lady. "He..llo..m-m-Myra.." said Zenith with a sad tone in his voice. "why are we here?" asked Neptis . "Oh..hmm..well as your paren-" said Myra but was interrupted by Juniper "well let us go inside and maybe settle down and then talk".
Myra helped the Demetrius siblings with their luggage and they headed in. They went past the living room and to a narrow hallway which led to three stairwells. They went up the middle one which led to a resplendent room. Myra cleared her throat and said, "this is Juniper's room". Juniper was happy to stay in such a beautiful room. In the corner of the room stood a large wardrobe. There was a door inside the wardrobe which was connected to another room. It was the boys' room. It was really eye-catching. The bedroom was divided into 2 parts and painted with two different sets of colors. The red and grey one was Neptis's side as he was a rebel without a cause and Zenith's side was blue and green as he was a calm kid and gem of a person. The boys were filled with glee for they had never had rooms that expressed their personalities this well.
"Ms.Myra!" called a grumpy voice. Myra ran down. It was Mr.Grunger. He had been waiting outside. "Ms.Myra, I have a couple things to say which you need to know about" said Mr.Grunger. Juniper peeked through a small window in her room and saw Mr.Grunger and Myra talking to each other with a serious look on their faces. Juniper was curious to know what they were talking about, but she knew curiosity killed the cat. So she decided to keep the matter on pause.
