"You ready yet Alex?" Jack questioned his friend as he was about to exit the bus. "Yeah just go I’ll meet you at the venue doors." Alex said a little unsteady. He tried to take deep breaths knowing what was happening to him. He hadn’t had an attack in ages. The last time he had one was when he first met Jack. He sat on the ground and hugged his knees back and forth trying to calm down. A few tears escaped from his eyes. Jack was halfway to the doors when he felt that something wasn’t right. He turned on his heels and headed back worrying that something might be wrong. "Maybe I left something? Or there could be someone who broke in? Alex tends to forget to lock the door. Or maybe something was up with Alex.." He quickened his pace and jumped inside of the bus. His heart broke at the sight of his best friend on the floor having a panic attack. He tried to play it cool and not show his real emotions that he has towards his friend. "Alex are you having an attack?" Jack asks feeling a knot in his throat. Alex nodded and kept rocking back and forth as tears streamed down his cheeks. Jack ran to his side and held his friend’s shoulders. "Just breathe Alex, everything is going to be ok." Alex tried taking more deep breaths but was having difficulties. "Just breathe, it’s just chemicals." Jack quoted Alex. Alex felt a weight off his chest and the tears stopped. He looked at Jack and hugged his friend. Jack rapped his arms around Alex and kissed the top of his head. "Everything will be ok, Alex. I promise."
