"y/n." you heard. you groaned quietly. "n/n!" you hear once more. your buried your head in your arms even more. "for god sake, wake up!" you hear someone shout in your ear. your head immediately shot up, looking around rapidly.
"wha-?" you asked sleepily, rubbing your eyes and yawning. you look in front of you to see a blurry person. blinking a few times, the blurriness faded away and you saw your lovely boyfriend, lee daehwi.
but daehwi was pouting.
"y/n.. you were asleep the whole time in class! i tried to wake you up and get your attention, by yelling your name and even throwing paper balls at you, but you just couldn't wake up! then teacher got aNgrY at me and started yelling at me! everyone was laughing at me.." he whined, "and class was soo boring! what is the need for art class anyways, if the teacher is just gonna let students like you sleep through it."
"sorry daehwi.. i guess i shouldn't have slept in class.. again. and i'm sorry i made you go through all that trouble just to wake me up, when it didn't even work.." you said sadly, looking down and feeling very guilty, hearing daehwi's complaints, and him getting scolded just to wake you up.
daehwi sighed, then chuckled shortly after.
he lifted your chin up and smiled, "its fine jagi! you made up for it anyways." he grinned. you look at him in confusion.
"what do you mean, hwi?" you ask, tilting your head to your side. and at that moment, daehwi busted a bunch of uwus-
daehwi squished your cheeks, "cUTIE OMG"
your face flushed, "h-huh?!— yah! shtop shquishing my cheeks daehhi" you said in muffled voice. but of course, daehwi being daehwi, he did not stop, and continued to play with your soft cheeks. "dAehWi sEriOusLy—" you said, frustrated.
after a few attempts of telling daehwi to stop, he stopped, but he was still admiring your cuteness uwu.
"daehwi, you still haven't answered my question," you pouted, "what do you mean 'i made up for it'?" daehwi laughed.
"because just seeing you sleep in class with your adorable face makes up for it."
a deep blush coated your cheeks as you looked away from your boyfie- these comments were usual but you can't help but to feel shy whenever he says something like this.
daehwi silently squealed at your cuteness, "yOu even looked away cause you were too shy- oH my gOd my heArt-"
"yah.. lee daehwi.. you better stop it." you mumbled, still avoiding his gaze. daehwi shook his head, "nO! you're so cute! you i will make sure you know that!"
you puffed out your cheeks in frustration, while you crossed your arms like a toddler.
uh oh, wrong move.
your face suddenly turned into one of horror, because you knew what was going to happen next.
"daehwi don't-"
— que lee daehwi's loUd fangirl screaming over your cuteness while hugging you tight, repeating "you're so cute" ten billion times —
"scream.."
you sigh, but smile anyways, letting daehwi scream as loud as he wants.
