Episode 2 - Within SAF

The decision
So, do I accept or deny, I've been thinking for a while now, but I'm not sure, this has to be the hardest decision I'm ever going to make, i mean, going from a baker to a soldier, or just staying as a baker, i think it would be best to join as I'm never going to get an opportunity like this again, yeah, I'm joining.

Training
Wow, this training is so hard, i mean yes it has to be because I'm joining the most powerful army in the universe but I guess I never expected this much, well I've got to go now, i have another 5 lessons until my joining assessment.

In or out
Well this is it, waiting for my results, after two months of extremely hard training I hope I get in.

Ah the results, no way, I've done it, it's really shocking to be honest, didn't think I done to well but I guess I did.

My assignment
Nope, they didn't go easy on me, I'm now a security officer onboard cearth, oh I forgot to say, the SAF found a planet almost exactly like earth and we have all moved there, the planet has even been renamed to earth, but cearth, well this planet never had a moon so the SAF created a moon like space station to make sure it is as similar as possible, I'm a security patrol officer on the docking port, the entrance to cearth, where the main line of defence is for earth and cearth, I've even heard rumors that they will place me as Cearth Head of Security, or CHOS for short.

Something is watching us
On my patrol last night I saw something, like a ship just sitting there, I've warned the other security guards of what I've seen and they are currently investigating it.

Invasion
That ship I saw a few nights ago attacked us, we have major damage and undergoing repair, luckily earth 2.0 wasn't attacked, that wouldn't be good, but the ship, no one knows who owns it.

Who did it
Turns out it was the rebels back from Zaon 4, we only just found out that the ship they was using was stolen from us, the SAF Ziron.

After a few nights of research it turns out the rebels joined another rebel group named 501, the ones who always try to attack us, we've got to keep an eye out on them.

New assignment
After the attack on cearth I've been reassigned as the SAF Exploration Head of Security, the SAF Exploration is the first ever ship created from the SAF and never seems to fail.

Our turn
Now it's our turn to invade the 501, we are taking the SAF Exploration out to one of their deep space stations, let's do to them what they've done to us.

It worked, we didn't suffer much damage but my crew did amazing, now they have to reassign their station crew and spend weeks repairing.

More secure, more invasions
We went back to the station a week after and found it as we didn't think it would be, most of our crew expected it to be destroyed but no, it is a very secured station now and I'm even doubting if we can successfully destroy it.

We started our attack and they thought back in strength, a lot of strength, their turrets taken out our docking section and one of their ships, i believe it was the 501 Ratrose, well they did too much, they beamed a laser straight into the captain, the first officer wasn't onboard the ship as he taken on the role of battle commander and I was in line after him so I guess I'm the new captain.

In charge
Well I am officially the new captain of the SAF Exploration, my first orders was to seal up the hole that was created, the same one which lead to the previous captain's death and then I order a full on fight with the 501, i told the communications officer to call the battle commander to send in more ships and in no time came the armada, now we was winning.

Next...
Well there I was, captain of the SAF Exploration, the oldest ship ever created in our history, I've been told that they might move me to another ship, believe it was the SAF Raos, it's still in construction but should be completed in a few months, until then I'll be staying here as captain, wow, it's only been around 9 months since I circled accept on the application sheet and I'm already captain of the second most famous ship, wow.

New ship
It's been those few months and they were great, many exciting adventures with my crew but it's time to move on to the Raos, still keeping my title as captain, this ship reminds me of that old starship from star trek back in the day, a few hundred years ago more like it, in fact the SAF does own a replica version of the Enterprise, called, well, it's not that hard to figure it out, the SAF Enterprise.

On an adventure
My first adventure on board the Raos was truly amazing, we went exploring through the Zimma Nebula, although we took a massive hit of one of the asteroids we saw some amazing sights, like the nearby system peaking through the rocks, or the comet that was heading right for us and still is, oh right, that part, well that hit we took destroyed our warp engines, they're just floating away as of now, nice sight though, well we do have some auxiliary impulse power left but we have nowhere to go, behind us, rocks, to the left, also rocks, and guess what, to the right, even more rocks, in front, a huge comet coming towards us, and there's no way we are going up, there's a star right above the nebula, oh and down, forgot about that way, hold on let me check, as i thought, another star, we could ram into the comet but there would be a 0% chance of survival that way, so i contacted the SAF command, oh right, i'm in a nebula so i can't do that, just great.

No way to escape
Right now we are sitting here waiting to die, no way to escape, "So what now?" my first officer asked me, i didn't say a word back, he then knew what i would have said if i did speak, "We die", so that's it right? We die, and that's all there is to do, "Couldn't we just transwarp captain?" is what my pilot said to me, i replied back saying this, "What's that?", "You know, transwarp, that new project that was recently completed and works perfectly, they installed one of the transwarp devices on our ship" he replied, and then i told him to do it, and so he did, after that a massive light appeared in front of the ship, the impulse engines slowly started moving us towards it and a few seconds later, "BOOM!", it was very loud, like a jet engine just went full throttle right in front of you, inside was kind of like a wormhole, it was all spinning around with different colours and when came out that extremely loud noise shook the ship again, we made it back to earth safely, after a starship tugged us over to cearth, we got repaired and sent back out, we decided to head back to the nebula and get our old warp engines back, they wasn't there any longer, neither was the comet or the asteroids that was previously circling us, that transwarp practically blew it all up into tiny rocks and dust, well that was a crazy adventure, and there is definitely more to come.
