"Veronica wake up! You have school today!" I heard my father yell probably from the kitchen.
"I'm already up dad!" I yelled back as I looked in the mirror. My hair was styled like always. My cloth wasn't as tight as it used to be, meaning I wasn't dressing the same way I used to when my mother was alive, but it still showed my curves perfectly.
I looked so different from people here. I dress ether black, red, or grey. My hair was a dark redish brown and my eyes were a light caramel color. I was pail and had light freckles on my nose and cheek bones. My face was kinda sharp and free of any pimples or marks. I was skinny, very skinny, I had a thin body with too big curves. All you could see of me was a good waist, big ass, and D cupped breasts.
My mother wasn't as curvy as me but apparently my grandmother was. Mom would always comment on how jealous she was about me inheriting her mother's blessings. Still I don't always enjoy looking like this, I used to but not anymore.
I used to be popular at school, I used to follow everything people follow here, I used to be one of them. But again, not anymore.
I walked out of the room to walk to the kitchen breakfast ready and my father finishing the last things before leaving like every morning. My father had pitch black hair with green eyes, he was fit and looked good for his age. He walked to me and kissed my forehead.
"I'll see you later Veronica." He said and I nodded as he walked to the door.
"Oh your brother already left to go pick up Britany and go to school." He said and I nodded as he walked out the door closing it behind him.
My brother went to pick up Britany huh.. oh I guess I didn't tell you of my brother. Well he's my twin brother, his name is Daniel Raven but we look nothing alike and as for personality, we're nothing alike. But then again that's my own fault, I was the one to distance myself from him. Once upon a time we we're the closest of twin siblings, always together, finishing each others sentences, almost reading each others minds. Yeah can't say I miss that. I prefer to stay away from everyone, him and Britany specifically.
Britany used to be my best friend, we grew up together after all. She's like the school's Barbie doll. She's nice, everyone likes her, has dirty blond hair, and blue eyes.. as I said Barbie doll. As for my brother, well he's the football teams captain (quarter back). He's tall, handsome, fit in all the right places, boyish hair cut, black hair, green eyes, nice. The perfect angel for every girl.
I finished eating and walked out of the house after looking for all of my things I needed for school. I closed and locked the door behind me and started my 15 minute walk to school. There was nothing better than walking to school when you wanted to have time looking around, listening to music and wake up properly.
By the time I got to school Barbie and Ken were already there. I walked in undetected as always and walked to my normal spot. It was the farthest corner of the school, a place where no one could disturb me.. or so I thought.
"Um.." I said when I got there and saw a boy. A hot one at that, I don't think he was from around here because I've never seen him before.
"Oh sorry. Is this where you hang out? I'm kinda new and this spot seemed isolated enough for me." He said with a boyish smile causing me to stare at him.
He had perfect light brown hair and his bangs where almost touching his eyes at his side. He had a light grey beanie on, his eyes we're a light chocolate brown color. He had a little bit more color than me, and let's not forget the muscles under that shirt. He was fit and you could see that from a mile away. I blinked and look back in his eyes.
"Oh, um yes it is.. you're not from around here are you?" I asked him as he laugh a bit and looked at the floor before looking back at me.
"What gave it away?" He asked and I smirked.
"Well for a small town where everyone knows everyone and is very rear to have new people it's pretty easy to notice you're not from around here.. that and I wouldn't forget some one as good looking as you." I said and he smirked.
"Well thank you for noticing my good looks, you don't look bad yourself." I laughed.
"What's your name?" I asked taking a seat where I usually sit and patting the spot next to me.
"Aaron Ryan Cole. What's yours?" He answered/asked sitting down next to me.
"Veronica Raven." I said looking at him.
"That's a cute name." He said and I laughed a bit.
"If you say so. So how long have you been in this town?" I asked.
"About 2 days. I literally just got here." He said as I shook my head.
"What made you move here? This place has nothing special." I said and he looked at me as if inspecting me.
"My parents wanted to try a new place and well here I am." He said and I nodded.
"New huh? They may be able to find a good life here. Everything is peaceful, everyone is nice to one another. There's no crimes." I said looking in front of me.
"But." He said and I sighed.
"But everything is just too normal for me. There's nothing bad with this place and I don't know it just feels kinda wrong to be so good. I read about things that happens outside of this city and well I don't know, it's like this place is too good to be true." I said and he nodded.
