This book is about a girl named Chrissie, who lives and gets carted around in a caravan by her mother. Chrissie believes there are no good men out there because her father abandoned her and her mother and ran off, taking everything possible with him. Traveling to California, her mother stops to visit a friend, who, with open arms, welcomes them to stay for as long as they want. Chrissie's mom decides to stay there, seeing as they have free time as it is the summer holidays. These friends have a two sons, one who is significantly younger that Chrissie, and one that is three years older than her. Despite the difference in age the age, she becomes good friends with the younger brother, but not the older. Then, there comes a boy, Shane . Chrissie ignores him and doesn't let him into her heart, keeping in mind her father. But can Chrissie keep her guard up forever?

I am not a fan of sappy chessy romance. So if you're looking for a book filled with love and relationship's, I'm afraid this isn't the book.
I am sorry if I take long to post updates, but things like 'Writers block' or homework can come up, causing me to be late with my entry.
I don't need you to "like" this entry. All I am asking is to give me and my book a chance. I'm not so good at first impression's so maybe the summary of my book didn't quite catch your eye, but keep reading. I might surprise you. I didn't make this as long as I wanted to, but i hope you have a brief idea of what this book is going to be like.
