Gods- how long does Percy sleep?! The Avengers sat at the table eating dinner. Yes dinner! Percy's slept through the Morning...
' Where's Percy?' Steve asked, looking up from his newspaper.
'I don't know' I said. I glanced at Natasha and she looked mad.
' What's wrong, Tasha?' Clint said.
' Well I was asking him questions that Fury told me to ask. But on the Third one he froze and looked Mad. He Pratically shoved the door in my face!' she grumbled.
'Well, then whose going to... Dibs I'm not waking him up!' Bruce said.
' Not it!' Thor, Natasha, Steve and Clint said at the same time. I sighed and stood up.
By the time I reached Percy's door, my hands were sweaty. Yes, the almighty yet cunningly handsome Iron man was nervous. Even from here, I could feel the power Percy was emiting.
I knocked on the door.
Silence.
' Percy! You awake?' I called out.
No response.
The door creaked open and I stepped in. Percy was sprawled on the bed but he was holding something close to his chest. Was that a book? I stepped closer to examine it. Percy's eratic breathing echoed in the room. My hand reached closer untill it touched the book. I wriggled it out of Percy's grip and.... Just then Percy's eyes snapped open and he punched me in the jaw. Crack!. I was sure he had broken it. The punch made me smash into the wall.
The door burst open and the Avengers filed in. Bruce ran over to me... but the room soon turned dak as I slipped into unconciousness.
