Not Always Happy (Langst/some Klance)

Surprise, You're a Kid Again!

I'm not one for author notes, so straight to the story! BTW, most of this is cannon and set after season 6 so there will be spoilers!

We were on a planet resting from flying for a bit. Pidge and Hunk were working on some project, Allura and Coran were talking to Romelle about Altean culture, while Keith and Shiro were talking to Krolia about who knows what. And here I am sitting on Red's paw by myself, like the 7th, or more like 9th counting Romelle and Krolia, wheel I am and always will be.

I pull out my Bayard and it turns into the sword. I sit starring at it for who knows how long before Shiro walks over. I look at him and put on a fake smile. "Hey Shiro! What's up?" I will admit it's weird seeing Shiro with all white hair, but I'm just glad he's alive.

He smiled and sat next to me. "Nothing much, what are you doing by yourself?" I shrug and put my Bayard up. "No one to talk to I guess. It's okay though, I'm used to it at this point." Before he can reply a laser hits the ground a few feet away.

We all run into our lions and take off. I see the ship and start shooting at it. After a few minutes I see them aim a cannon at the black lion. No! I pilot Red in front of them and the beam hits me and I pass out from the pain.

                -A couple hours later-

I slowly wake up and see I'm on the ground and Pidge and Hunk are over me. "He's awake!" I hear Hunk yell as I sit up and everyone else walks over. "Lance! Why would you jump in front of us like that?!" I hear Keith yelling and slip my helmet off.

The whole team gasps and I look at them confused. "What? Is my face messed up?" I notice my voice is higher. "Guys?! What's wrong?! What happened?!" Shiro is the first to answer. "Lance, you were turned 13 again!

Yes, it's short but I plan on posting a longer chapter later today.
