All I'm feeling is nervous.
Our family has always been ridiculed for our familiars. My mom is a mouse. My father's a normal frog. My older sister is a turtle. A very small turtle.
Now it is my turn.
"Wilson, Sally?" The intercom booms. People whisper and laugh from all around me. I take a deep breath and push the giant doors open and walk in slowly.
"Welcome." They say and it happens.
A loud roar sounds beside me.
People are left speechless when a gigantic lion walks by my side as I leave.
