Dear dearest darling dandelion,

I did care for you

Dispite the push

When I was too forcing

And too embarrassing

And too messed up

You were there

Until you weren't

I did care for you

Not even the stars in the sky could match your beauty

I think they saw that too

I feel like they took you

But you never belonged to everyone

My friend, my buddy, my pal,

What ever you are

What ever you were

I did care for you

I also don't care about him

I thought you would have noticed

But I guess I held too much back.

You said it was obvious

You said it was clear

So I held back the fear

And watched from afar

I did care for you

Thats why I was happy.

When you were with them

I was happy

It may be selfish but i wanted it to be like old times.
